Do I need to be good at drawing to participate?

You don't need any artistic background to join our workshops! Our professional artists break down the process into easy, manageable steps. We start with basic spray can control and simple lines before moving on to more complex techniques. Whether you can't draw a stick figure or you're a seasoned illustrator, you'll leave with a piece of art you're proud of and some serious street cred.

Is the spray paint safe and do we get protective gear?

We take safety and cleanliness very seriously. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes and lungs safe. While we use professional-grade spray paint, we conduct our sessions in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Our instructors are trained to ensure everyone handles the equipment correctly, making the experience both creative and completely safe for all university students involved.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

Our standard university workshops in Rakvere typically range from 1.5 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, a practice session on plastic film, and then the creation of your final masterpiece on a canvas or board. If you have a specific schedule or a larger student society event, we can easily adapt the duration to fit your timetable perfectly.

Can we create one large mural together as a group?

Absolutely! We love it when student groups want to work on a collective piece. We can set up a giant shared canvas or a temporary wall where your whole society, fraternity, or study group can contribute to one massive mural. It’s an incredible exercise for team building and collaboration, and it looks amazing as a backdrop for your next big student event.

Where in Rakvere do the workshops take place?

In Rakvere, we often host workshops at central outdoor locations or near university spots. However, we are fully mobile! If your faculty has a suitable outdoor space or a well-ventilated hall, we can bring the entire graffiti studio to you. We use protective floor coverings and temporary "walls" made of stretch film to ensure we leave the venue exactly as we found it.

Is there an upfront payment required for booking?

We believe in a hassle-free booking process for students. You don't need to pay anything upfront to secure your date. Once the workshop is finished and you’re 100% happy with the experience, you can settle the payment. This makes it much easier for student treasurers and event planners to manage their budgets without the stress of immediate deposits.

Local culture

Rakvere isn't just about the famous stone castle and the massive Tarvas statue; it's a city that embraces the bold and the creative. By hosting a graffiti workshop here, you're tapping into a spirit of resilience and innovation that matches the city's vibe perfectly. From the alternative energy of the Rakvere Teater to the modern installations in the central square, there's inspiration around every corner for your street art journey.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the Tarvas statue in Rakvere is the largest animal statue in the Baltic countries? It’s a symbol of strength that makes a pretty epic reference point when you're thinking of "big" ideas for your graffiti mural! 🐃

While the city is steeped in history, its student population keeps things fresh. Our workshops bring a contemporary, urban edge to the Rakvere scene, allowing you to leave a temporary mark on the city's cultural landscape. Whether we're setting up near the university hubs or in a hidden urban nook, the local atmosphere adds a unique layer of "Estonian cool" to every spray session.

Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing that fits a student budget. Because every university group in Rakvere has different needs, our prices are flexible based on your group size and the type of project you want to tackle.

Estimated costs: €20 - €40 per person

This includes all your materials, protective gear, and expert tuition from our artists. Remember, the larger the group, the better the rate we can usually offer! Best of all, there’s no upfront payment required – you only pay once the workshop is complete and you're happy with the results.
