Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those with a creative spark. Our professional artists guide your team through the basics, starting with simple lines and shapes before moving on to letters and fills. You will be amazed at how quickly your team can produce something impressive when they are given the right tools and techniques. We focus on the process and the fun, so nobody feels intimidated.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my team members?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and overalls to keep everyone safe and their clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paints and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated areas. Our instructors start every session with a comprehensive safety briefing to ensure everyone knows how to handle the equipment properly. You can focus on being creative while we handle the technical safety details.

How long does a typical team development session last?

Most of our Oradea team building sessions last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice on individual boards, and the final collaborative group masterpiece. We can easily adjust the duration to fit your company's schedule, whether you want a quick energy booster between meetings or a full afternoon of creative immersion. Just let us know your timeframe when booking!

What is the minimum or maximum group size for a workshop?

We are incredibly flexible. We can host small executive teams of 10 people or large departments of 100+. For very large groups, we often split the teams into smaller crews that work on different sections of a massive mural, which are then joined together to create one giant, cohesive company artwork. This setup perfectly mirrors how different departments contribute to one single company goal.

Can you host the team building at our own office location?

Yes, we can! While we have several great outdoor spots in Oradea, we can also bring the workshop to your office car park or a hired event space. If we work at your location, we take care of all the necessary floor and wall protection to ensure we leave no permanent marks behind. We can also provide mobile 'graffiti walls' (canvases or boards) so the art can be moved later.

How does the payment process work for companies?

Absolutely. We don't require any upfront payment or deposits to secure your date. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to feel completely confident. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This takes the stress out of the planning process for your HR or admin team.

What should we wear and what do we need to bring?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty or dirty. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, it is always better to be safe. We also provide all necessary materials, including spray cans, caps, sketches, and safety gear. You just need to bring your team and plenty of enthusiasm! We even have backup artists ready to ensure your event never gets cancelled.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next Oradea team outing? Because nothing breaks the ice like a spray can in your hand! This isn't just an art class; it's a powerful tool for professional growth. 🚀

Level the playing field: In front of a blank wall, CEOs and interns start from the same place. It's a great way to dissolve corporate silos. 🤝
Boost morale and creativity: Release that pent-up office stress with a high-energy, tactile activity that rewards bold thinking.
Tangible results: You’ll work together to create a physical representation of your company’s goals and vision.
Safety & Professionalism: With our backup artist guarantee and full safety kit, your event is in the safest hands in Romania. 💪
Zero Risk: With our 'pay after the workshop' policy and 100% satisfaction focus, your Oradea event is guaranteed to be a hit. 🏆

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where your team meets our pro artists and learns about the history of street art in Romania.
Safety first: Everyone gets geared up in protective overalls and professional masks. We demonstrate how to handle the spray cans safely.
Learning the basics: We move to the training wall where you'll learn 'can control'—shaking the can, changing nozzles, and spraying your first lines. ✨
The conceptual phase: Your team brainstorms together. What represents your brand? What are your team values? We help you sketch these ideas onto the wall.
The fill-in: This is where the colour comes to life! Your team works together to fill in the designs, learning about fading and blending techniques.
Cutting and outlining: Use different caps to add those crisp black outlines that make graffiti jump off the wall. This requires real teamwork and steady hands!
The final tag: Every artist needs a signature. We'll show you how to create a team 'tag' to sign off your collective masterpiece. 🖌️
Photo session and reveal: We take high-quality photos of your team with the finished mural—a perfect memory to hang in the Oradea office! 📸

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Oradea is world-renowned for its stunning Art Nouveau architecture, but beneath the surface of the Secessionist facades, a modern urban pulse is beating. The city's appreciation for visual beauty makes it the perfect backdrop for a graffiti workshop. We often draw inspiration from the local landscape—from the winding Crișul Repede river to the geometric patterns found in the local heritage buildings.

Fun Fact: Did you know Oradea is part of the Art Nouveau Network alongside cities like Barcelona and Vienna? Our workshops often bridge the gap between this classical beauty and modern street art, teaching your team how to innovate while respecting tradition! 🏛️✨

While Oradea might feel more relaxed than Bucharest, its creative scene is exploding. By choosing a graffiti workshop here, you're tapping into the city's forward-thinking spirit and giving your team a chance to contribute to the local urban culture in a controlled, professional setting.
