Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with respiratory sensitivities?

Absolutely! At Graffitifun, safety is our number one priority. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control and provide high-quality FFP2 masks and protective suits for everyone. Our professional artists are trained to supervise the workshop closely, ensuring a safe, dust-free, and supportive environment where everyone can focus on having a blast with their art.

Can the workshop be adapted for different types of disabilities?

We believe street art is for everyone! Our workshops in Oradea are fully customizable to accommodate various physical, sensory, or cognitive needs. Whether we need to adjust the height of the boards for wheelchair users or provide extra-soft spray caps for those with limited hand strength, we’ve got you covered. Just let us know your specific requirements when booking.

How long does the session last and can we take breaks?

The workshop usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. However, for our special needs programs, we are very flexible. We can include more frequent breaks, shorten the session to match energy levels, or extend it if everyone is having too much fun to stop! We move at your pace to ensure no one feels rushed.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our professional artists start with the absolute basics, from how to hold a spray can to making your first line. We focus on the 'fun' factor rather than technical perfection. Many participants are surprised by what they can create in just one session. It’s all about expression, not experience.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

You don't need to bring a thing! We provide all the professional-grade materials, including spray cans in a rainbow of colours, caps, gloves, protective suits, and masks. We even provide the 'canvas'—whether that’s a large collective wall or individual boards. Just bring your enthusiasm and wear some comfortable shoes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on.

Where in Oradea do the workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at various locations in Oradea. We often work with local community centres, or we can come to your specific facility if there is a suitable outdoor area or a well-ventilated indoor space. If you're unsure, we can help find the perfect accessible spot that meets all safety standards for your group.

How does the pricing work and when do we pay?

Our pricing is transparent and depends on the size of your group and the specific setup required. Generally, prices range from 100 lei to 220 lei per person. We don't require any upfront payment—you simply pay after the workshop is finished. For a precise figure tailored to your needs, just request a custom quote!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your group in Oradea? Aside from being a total blast, it offers unique benefits that traditional art forms sometimes miss:

Sensory exploration: The feel of the can, the sound of the spray, and the vibrant colours provide a rich sensory experience. 🌈
Confidence boost: Seeing a large-scale piece of art that you helped create provides an instant sense of achievement.
Motor skill development: Using spray cans is a fun way to practice hand-eye coordination and fine motor control.
100% inclusive: We adapt our tools and techniques so everyone, regardless of physical ability, can make their mark. 🏆
Stress relief: There’s something incredibly therapeutic about the free-flowing nature of street art.
Professional support: Our artists aren't just talented; they're patient, encouraging, and love sharing their passion! 🔥

Step by step

Intro & gear up: Meet our friendly artists and get suited up in protective gear. We make sure everyone feels comfy and ready to go! ✨
The blank canvas: We introduce the workspace and explain the spray cans. Everyone gets to pick their favourite colours from our huge selection.
First lines: Our artists demonstrate simple techniques. You'll practice making dots, lines, and simple shapes to get a feel for the pressure.
Sketching the dream: We help you outline a design. This can be a collaborative mural or individual pieces—it's your choice!
Adding the 'Fill': This is the fun part! Fill in your designs with vibrant colours and learn how to blend shades together. 🎉
The 'Outline' & highlights: We show you how to make your art pop by adding sharp outlines and shiny highlights.
Final flourishes: Add your personal 'tag' or signature to your masterpiece. Every artist needs a signature!
The grand reveal: Step back and admire the collective work. It’s a great moment for group photos and high-fives. 📸
Clean up & chill: We handle the tidy-up while you enjoy the post-creative glow. No stress, just art!

Local culture

Oradea is famous for its stunning Art Nouveau architecture, but the city’s creative spirit extends far beyond its historic facades. From the banks of the Crișul Repede river to the vibrant streets of the city centre, Oradea is a place that embraces beauty in all forms. Our workshops tap into this local heritage, offering a modern, urban twist on the city's artistic soul. We love bringing our spray cans to this community, where the mix of Romanian and Hungarian cultures creates a rich backdrop for creative expression.

Fun fact: Did you know Oradea is part of the Art Nouveau Network, alongside cities like Barcelona and Vienna? While the city is known for its "Palazzo" styles, we're helping the next generation of locals add a more "rebellious" and accessible style of art to Oradea's cultural map! 🏛️✨

Pricing

We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. For our special needs programs in Oradea, the investment typically ranges from:

The best part? No upfront payment required! You only pay after the workshop is complete and everyone is smiling. 😊
