Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Craiova team development workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional graffiti artists guide you through every step, starting with basic lines and can control. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team can produce a cohesive, impressive piece of street art when you work together under our expert supervision. It's all about the process and the team spirit!

Is the spray paint safe and do we get protective gear?

The health of your team is our priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. When working in Craiova, we prefer well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large indoor halls with proper airflow. We use professional-grade spray paint and follow strict safety protocols to ensure everyone has a blast without any risks. Just bring your energy!

What is the ideal group size for a team development workshop?

The ideal size for a high-impact team building session in Craiova is between 10 and 50 people, but we are incredibly flexible. We can accommodate small executive teams of 5 or large corporate departments of up to 200+. For larger groups, we simply bring in more artists and set up multiple 'canvas stations' to ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the spray cans.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last?

A standard team development session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for an introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of your collaborative masterpiece. If you have a tighter schedule or want a full-day deep dive into street art culture, we can certainly customise the duration to fit your Craiova event itinerary perfectly.

Can you host the workshop at our office in Craiova?

We are masters of mobility! We can bring the workshop to your company car park in Craiova, a rented creative studio, or even an outdoor public space (with the right permits). If you don't have a spot in mind, let us know! We have experience working across the Dolj region and can suggest several inspiring locations that provide the perfect grit-and-glamour backdrop for a graffiti session.

Can we keep the artwork we create during the session?

Yes! One of our most popular formats involves the team creating a large-scale piece on high-quality canvases or wooden panels. Once the paint is dry, you can take these back to your office in Craiova. It’s a fantastic way to brighten up the workplace and serves as a permanent reminder of your team's creative collaboration and the goals you achieved during the workshop.

What happens if we need to cancel or change our booking?

We understand that plans can change. One of the best perks of booking with Graffitifun is that we don't require any upfront payment—you pay after the workshop is completed. Additionally, we have backup artists on standby to ensure that your event in Craiova goes ahead even if an instructor falls ill. We aim for 100% satisfaction and zero stress for our clients.

The experience

Traditional team building can feel stifling. Our graffiti workshops in Craiova break the mould by encouraging "out of the box" thinking in a literal way. Here is why your team needs this experience:

✨ Boosts Creative Confidence: Many people think they aren't "creative." We prove them wrong within the first 20 minutes!
🤝 Enhances Communication: You can't paint a giant mural alone; it requires constant coordination and shared goals.
🚀 Drives Innovation: Learning a brand new skill together levels the playing field and encourages fresh perspectives.
🏆 Tangible Results: You'll end the day with a physical piece of art that represents your team's collective effort.
🔥 Pure Stress Relief: There is something deeply satisfying (and therapeutic) about the hiss of a spray can and the splash of colour!

Step by step

The Creative Kick-off: We start with a high-energy intro, sharing the history of graffiti and getting everyone hyped for the day ahead.
Safety & Gear Up: Everyone gets fitted with professional protective suits, gloves, and masks. Safety is our top priority!
Mastering the Can: Our artists teach you the basics—how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create different line widths and fades.
Sketching the Vision: In smaller groups, you'll brainstorm and sketch out your ideas on paper, focusing on your team's core values or specific goals.
The Outline: Take the cans to the wall or canvas! You'll start by outlining the main shapes and letters of your collaborative design.
Filling & Shading: This is where the magic happens. You'll add vibrant colours, gradients, and 3D effects to give your work depth and character.
The Final Flourish: Add highlights, "force lines", and crisp outlines to make your team's artwork truly "pop" like a professional mural.
Review & Reflect: We finish with a group gallery walk, discussing the collaboration process and, of course, taking plenty of epic team photos!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Craiova is a city with a soul that balances historical elegance with a gritty, modern edge. From the stunning architecture of the Craiova Art Museum to the bustling energy of the city centre, there is inspiration around every corner. While the city is famous for its "Banie" history, the local street art scene is growing, reflecting the youthful energy of its university students and creative professionals. Holding your team development session here means tapping into that local Oltean pride and spirit. 🎉

Fun Fact: Did you know Craiova is home to Nicolae Romanescu Park, one of the most spectacular natural parks in Eastern Europe? While we can't spray the historic monuments, the city's urban landscape provides the perfect contrast for a modern graffiti experience!

Pricing

Our Craiova team development workshops are competitively priced to ensure you get the best value for your creative investment. Prices generally range between lei100 and lei220 per person, depending on the number of participants, the location, and whether you want to keep the final artwork on professional canvases.

We believe in transparency and flexibility, which is why we don't require any payment until the workshop is successfully completed! 💪
