Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our mentors are professional graffiti artists who specialise in teaching beginners. We start with the basics of can control, safety, and letter structure before moving on to the more complex mural work. No prior artistic skill is required—just an open mind and a willingness to try something new. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve in just a single session!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for teenagers and young adults?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits for every participant. Our workshops use professional-grade spray paint, and we only work in well-ventilated outdoor or semi-outdoor spaces. All sessions are supervised by experienced artists who ensure everyone handles the equipment correctly and follows the safety protocols provided at the start.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A standard youth project workshop in Craiova typically lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours. This includes the introductory safety talk, sketching time, practice sessions on plastic film or boards, and the final creation of the collaborative mural. We can adjust the duration to fit into your specific youth programme or school schedule if needed!

What equipment is included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need to create street art! This includes professional spray cans in a wide variety of colours, caps for different line thicknesses, protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), and the surface for painting. If we aren't painting on a permanent wall, we set up professional "cellograff" walls (strong plastic film) or provide large wooden canvases.

How many people can join a youth project session?

We are very flexible with group sizes. For youth projects, we generally work with groups starting from 10 participants up to 50 or more in a single session. For very large groups, we bring in additional artist-mentors to ensure everyone gets personal guidance and plenty of time to spray. Let us know your group size for a tailored plan.

Do the participants get to keep what they create?

While the final mural stays in place (or is recycled if on film), the memories are forever! We often work on large canvases or wooden boards that the youth centre or school can keep to decorate their own space. Additionally, we take plenty of high-quality photos during the process so the participants can share their work on social media.

What types of organisations usually book these workshops?

Our workshops are incredibly popular for youth centres, local council youth initiatives, school extracurricular blocks, and community festivals. They are also perfect for NGOs looking for creative ways to engage with local teenagers. If you have a group of young people and a space to paint, we can make it happen!

Local culture

Craiova is a city with a heart for the arts, from the classical beauty of the Art Museum to the growing energy of its urban spaces. By bringing graffiti workshops to the youth of Craiova, we are tapping into the city's innovative spirit. We love working in the "Banie" region, helping local youngsters find their creative voice in a city that is constantly evolving.

Fun Fact: Craiova is home to some of the most beautiful parks in Romania, like Nicolae Romanescu Park. While we don't paint on the historic monuments, that lush greenery provides the perfect inspiration for our organic graffiti designs! 🌳✨

Our projects often take place near community hubs or school grounds, contributing to the local culture that makes Craiova unique. We also offer similar workshops in other Romanian hubs like Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, and Iasi.

Pricing

Building a creative project shouldn't be a financial headache. Our workshops are priced to be accessible for youth organisations and educational groups.

Estimated Price: lei100 - lei220 per person

*The final price depends on the number of participants, the duration of the workshop, and the specific materials required for your project.
