Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Most university students who join our Craiova workshops have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, from how to hold the pressure nozzle to mastering smooth lines. We provide a safe, encouraging environment where you can experiment without judgment. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the professional-looking piece you helped create alongside your classmates.

What safety gear is provided during the workshop?

We take safety seriously so you can focus on the fun. We provide high-quality FFP2 masks, protective gloves, and disposable overall suits to keep your clothes clean. The workshops are held in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or specific creative zones in Craiova. Our instructors are experienced pros who monitor the group at all times, ensuring everyone uses the equipment correctly and stays safe throughout the creative process.

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

A standard university workshop usually lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows enough room for an introduction to graffiti history, a technique demonstration, individual practice time, and the final group mural project. If you have a specific schedule or a shorter window between lectures, let us know! We can tailor the duration to fit your student society's needs or event timeline perfectly.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Craiova's weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered. If the forecast looks rainy, we can often move the workshop to a sheltered outdoor area or use large indoor spaces with specific low-odour water-based sprays if the venue allows. Alternatively, because we have a flexible team and backup artists, we can work with you to reschedule for a sunnier day so you get the best possible street art experience.

Can we create individual pieces to take home?

You sure can! While we often work on large collective murals (great for student union common rooms), we also offer options where students can spray their own individual canvases or tote bags to take home. This is a popular choice for Craiova university events where participants want a tangible souvenir of their creativity. Just let us know your preference when booking so we can bring the right supplies.

What is included in the price per student?

Our pricing is transparent and includes everything: the artist's time, all spray paint, caps, protective gear, and the 'canvas' (foil or boards). There are no hidden fees. Because we work with university budgets, our prices range from 100 to 220 RON per person depending on your group size. Plus, we don't require upfront payments – you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed and the fun is had!

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next university event in Craiova? It’s more than just painting on walls—it’s about breaking barriers and discovering new skills. Here is why it works: ✨

Stress Buster: Hard week of exams? Nothing relieves stress like the satisfying hiss of a spray can and a burst of colour. 💨
Total Inclusivity: You don't need to be an art student. Our methods make it easy for everyone to contribute to a stunning result.
Instagram Gold: Your campus social media will blow up with photos of your group creating a massive, vibrant mural. 📸
Professional Guidance: Learn from real street artists who live and breathe this culture, not just teachers.
Flexible & Mobile: We bring the entire setup to you, anywhere in Craiova, so you don't have to worry about transport. 🚚
Zero Risk: With our backup artists and "pay after" policy, your student budget is always protected.

Step by step

Intro & inspiration: We start with a brief history of street art and look at some iconic styles to get your brain's creative gears turning.
Safety briefing: Your artist guide explains how to use the gear, from masks to gloves, ensuring everyone stays clean and protected.
First lines: Grab a can! You'll start by practicing basic lines, dots, and flares on a practice surface to get a feel for the pressure.
Sketching the concept: Together, we'll sketch out a design for your group mural, incorporating your university's vibes or a custom theme.
Filling & fading: Learn how to fill in large areas efficiently and how to create those smooth colour gradients and fades that make graffiti pop.
The outline: This is where the magic happens. You'll add sharp outlines to your shapes to make the design truly stand out.
Highlights & details: Add the 'powerline', highlights, and little details that give your artwork a professional, 3D finish.
Group photo: We wrap up by admiring the masterpiece and taking professional-style photos of the crew with their finished wall.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Craiova is a city that prides itself on its cultural heritage, from the stunning architecture of the Jean Mihail Palace to its lush parks. But beneath the classical surface, there is a growing appreciation for urban expression. While you might spot local talent near the student dorms or around the industrial edges of the city, our workshops provide a legal and professional outlet for that creative urge. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Craiova is home to Nicolae Romanescu Park, one of the largest and most beautiful urban parks in Eastern Europe? While we can't spray on the historic monuments, we bring that same sense of "grand scale" to our murals, creating temporary street art that rivals the city's own vibrant spirit. Let's add some modern flair to this historic university hub! 🏰
