Is it messy, and do the kids need special clothing?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional FFP2 masks to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. While we take every precaution, we always recommend that students wear 'work clothes' or older sneakers just in case a stray drop of paint finds its way onto them. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities while making sure everyone has a blast!

How long does a typical after-school session last?

Our after-school workshops in Craiova typically run between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time to cover the basics of safety, sketching, and the actual spray painting without anyone getting tired. If you have a specific time slot that fits your school's schedule better, just let us know; we are super flexible and can adapt the timing to suit your needs.

Is spray painting safe for younger students?

Safety is our number one rule. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier for beginners to control and non-toxic paint whenever possible. Every participant receives a professional mask and a thorough safety briefing before touching a can. Our experienced artists supervise every move, ensuring a controlled environment where the only thing being 'broken' is the barrier to your creativity!

Do the students need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. We start with the very basics, like how to hold the can and control the pressure. Our instructors are there to guide every hand, helping students go from a simple line to a full-scale masterpiece. It is all about the process, having fun, and building confidence through artistic expression.

Can the workshop take place at our school?

We can host the workshop right at your school premises in Craiova if there is a suitable outdoor wall or a well-ventilated space. Alternatively, we can set up mobile wooden partitions or canvases if you don't want paint on your permanent walls. If your school doesn't have a spot, we can also suggest local creative zones that are perfect for a street art session.

What is the cost per student?

The cost usually ranges between 100 and 220 lei per student, depending on the group size and the specific materials requested (like individual canvases versus a large communal mural). We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is complete and everyone is happy. For an exact figure tailored to your group, just ask for a custom quote!

Do you offer workshops for other events too?

Definitely! We offer various formats for different groups. If you are looking for something else, we also host graffiti workshops for schools, vibrant kids parties, or even exciting brand activation events. Whether it is for a festival or a company event, we have a creative solution for every occasion across Romania.

Step by step

Intro & Gear Up: We start with a high-energy intro about street art culture and get everyone suited up in protective gear.
Safety Brief: Our pros teach the 'golden rules' of using spray cans safely and respectfully.
Tagging Basics: Students learn the foundations—lines, dots, and how to control the spray pressure.
Sketching Your Idea: Everyone grabs a marker to sketch their design on paper first, planning their masterpiece.
Outline Training: We move to the wall (or canvas) to lay down the first outlines of the letters and shapes.
Fill-In & Shading: This is the fun part! Students pick their palette and learn how to blend colours and create gradients.
The Masterpiece Reveal: We add the final 'highlights' and 'clean outlines' to make the artwork pop.
Group Photo & Cleanup: We celebrate the crew's hard work with a photoshoot before tidying up the creative zone.

Local culture

Craiova is a city that breathes history and modern energy, and its street art scene is catching up fast! While the city is famous for its stunning Botanical Garden and the Craiova Art Museum, the contemporary urban vibe is growing in neighborhoods like Brazilia and Valea Roșie. We love bringing the Graffitifun energy to this university hub, encouraging the next generation of Oltenian artists to add their own unique flair to the city's cultural tapestry.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Craiova is home to one of the most beautiful parks in Europe, Nicolae Romanescu Park? It provides the perfect backdrop of inspiration for any young artist looking to blend nature with urban design!

Whether we are setting up near the busy city centre or at your local school, our workshops tap into that local Craiova pride, turning every session into a mini-festival of colour. ✨
