How long does a typical pop-up graffiti session last?

Most of our pop-up graffiti workshops in Craiova last between 90 minutes and 3 hours. This gives you plenty of time to learn the basics, practice your 'can control', and execute a final piece you’ll be proud of. If you have a specific schedule for your event, we can easily tailor the timing to fit your itinerary perfectly. We keep things moving and fun the whole time!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for participants?

Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks, protective gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. Our professional artists also give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. Our paints are professional-grade but used in a controlled, safe environment to ensure everyone has a blast without any worries.

Do I need to have any artistic talent or experience?

Not at all! Our pop-up events are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional street artists are experts at breaking down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps. We start with basic lines and shapes before moving on to 'fill-ins' and 'outlines'. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you pick it up—most people create something awesome on their very first try!

What kind of space do you need for a pop-up event in Craiova?

We can set up almost anywhere! For our Craiova pop-up events, we can use outdoor spaces like parks or private courtyards, or well-ventilated indoor venues. We use various setups, including mobile wooden walls or large canvases, ensuring we leave the venue exactly as we found it. If you’re unsure if your venue is suitable, just give us a shout and we’ll help you figure it out.

What is included in the pop-up workshop package?

We provide everything you need to become a street artist for the day. This includes a massive variety of spray can colours, caps for different line widths, protective gear (gloves, masks, suits), and the surfaces to paint on. We also bring the inspiration, music, and expert guidance. You just need to turn up in comfortable shoes and bring plenty of creative energy!

How do I handle the payment for the event?

We offer total flexibility for our Craiova clients. You don't need to pay anything upfront when you book your pop-up event. We believe in the quality of our workshops, so you simply pay after the event is finished and you're 100% happy with the street art experience we provided. It’s all about making the process as stress-free and fun as possible for you.

Do you host workshops in other Romanian cities?

While we primarily focus on Craiova, we are mobile and cover all of Romania! If you're looking for workshops in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, or Iasi, we've got you covered. We love travelling to bring the joy of graffiti to new communities. No matter where you are, we can bring the spray cans and the vibes to your doorstep or chosen venue.

Pro artists only: Learn from the best. Our mentors are actual street artists who live and breathe this culture. 🎤
Total mobility: We bring the party to you. Whether it's a car park, a garden, or a hall, we make it work. 🚐
Full protection: We provide top-tier masks and overalls so you leave as clean as you arrived (well, almost!). 🛡️

Step by step

Arrival and welcome: Our team arrives at your Craiova location early to set up the mobile walls and prep the spray cans. You'll be greeted by our friendly pro artists.
Intro and safety: We kick things off with a quick, high-energy intro to street art culture and a vital safety briefing on how to use the gear properly.
Mastering the tools: You'll learn about different 'caps' (nozzles) and how they change your spray patterns. It’s all about getting that perfect 'fade' and 'drip'.
The sketch phase: Grab some chalk or a marker! Our artists help you sketch out your vision on the wall or canvas before the paint starts flying.
Filling and blending: This is the fun part. You'll start filling in your design with vibrant colours, learning how to layer and blend like a seasoned pro.
Outlining and details: Bring your piece to life by adding sharp outlines and those 'cool' highlights that make graffiti pop off the wall.
Final touches and photos: We help you add the finishing flourishes. Once you're done, it's time for a group photoshoot with your collective masterpiece!
Clean-up: We handle all the pack-down and ensure the area is spotless, leaving you with great memories and amazing photos (and maybe a canvas or two).

Local culture

Craiova is a city that breathes history, from the stunning architecture of the Craiova Art Museum to the lush greenery of Nicolae Romanescu Park. But look a little closer, and you'll see a modern, urban energy emerging in its neighborhoods and cultural hubs. Street art is becoming a vital part of this transformation, turning plain walls into local landmarks. Our workshops tap into this Oltenian spirit of innovation and expression. ✨

Whether we're setting up near the busy city centre or in a quiet courtyard in the George Enescu district, we bring that authentic urban vibe that Craiova's youth and creatives love. Join us and help add another layer of colour to the city's growing street art scene! 🎨
