Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Absolutely not! Our Setúbal workshops are designed for everyone, from those who haven't picked up a pen in years to seasoned doodles. Our professional artists guide you through every step, from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. You’ll be amazed at the high-quality mural your team can produce when you work together under our expert supervision. It’s all about the process and the team spirit!

Is it safe and what about the mess?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and full-body overalls to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. We use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially prepared indoor spaces. Our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment where your team can focus entirely on being creative and having a blast.

Where in Setúbal does the workshop take place?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the event at various vibrant outdoor locations around Setúbal, or we can bring the entire setup to your office car park or a rented warehouse space. If you have a specific venue in mind, just let us know. We handle all the floor and wall protection (high-quality plastic sheeting and boards) to ensure we leave the location exactly as we found it.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard team development session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for the intro, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale collaborative masterpiece. However, we can easily adapt the timing to fit your specific schedule—whether you want a quick 90-minute energy booster or a full-day immersive creative retreat. We work around your team's needs and goals.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered. If you’ve booked an outdoor session and rain is forecast, we can usually pivot to an indoor location or use large professional gazebos to keep everyone dry. Because we have a large network of backup artists and logistics experts, we are very resilient to changes. We’ll always communicate with you ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly regardless of the clouds.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

We find that the ideal group size is anywhere from 10 to 100+ people. For very large teams, we split you into smaller "crews" that work on different sections of a massive shared wall, which we then join together for a spectacular "big reveal" at the end. This fosters tanto internal team bonding and wider company unity. No matter the size of your Setúbal office, we can scale the experience to fit.

What do we need to bring with us?

Everything is included in the price! We provide the spray cans in a huge variety of colours, caps (nozzles) for different effects, protective gear (suits, gloves, masks), and the "canvas" (either a wall or portable wooden panels). We also bring sketches and inspiration boards. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and bring your team's enthusiasm. We handle the setup, the cleanup, and everything in between.

Design brainstorming: In groups, you'll sketch out ideas that represent your team's values or project goals.
Outline phase: Under the guidance of our pros, you'll start sketching the "bones" of your masterpiece on the main wall.
The fill-in: This is where the colour happens! Learn blending and fading techniques to make the mural pop.
The sharpen: Add highlights, 3D shadows, and "cutting" (cleaning up edges) to give it that professional street art look.

Local culture

Setúbal isn't just about the world-class sardines and the stunning Arrábida scenery; it's a city with an increasingly vibrant urban soul. From the historic alleys near the Doca dos Pescadores to the modern industrial edges of the city, street art is starting to pop up everywhere, reflecting the town's hardworking yet creative spirit. 🌊

Fun Fact: Did you know Setúbal is home to some incredible large-scale murals by world-renowned Portuguese artists? The city's mixture of maritime heritage and industrial grit makes it one of the most unique "canvases" in the Lisbon metropolitan area.

Working here allows your team to soak in that unique "Setubalense" atmosphere—bold, authentic, and full of life. It’s the perfect place to get inspired and find your flow! ✨
