Do our team members need to be artistic or have drawing skills?

No prior artistic skill is needed at all! Our professional artists specialize in teaching beginners. We'll show you how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create clean lines. Most of our participants haven't touched a spray can since childhood, but they walk away with a collaborative masterpiece they're genuinely proud of. It’s all about the experience and team bond.

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what about the mess?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep everyone safe and clean. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated areas. Our instructors provide a full safety briefing before anyone picks up a can, ensuring a worry-free and fun environment for your entire Viseu team.

How long does a typical team development session last?

Most of our team development sessions in Viseu last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This includes the initial briefing, technique practice, and the final collaborative mural project. However, we are flexible! If you have a specific schedule to stick to for your corporate away day, just let us know and we can tailor the timing to fit your itinerary perfectly.

Where in Viseu do the workshops take place?

We can come to you! While we have partner locations, we often host workshops at client offices (outdoors/well-ventilated areas) or local parks in Viseu. If you don't have a venue, don't worry—we can arrange a suitable creative space for your group. We provide all the boards, plastic sheeting, and materials, so we leave the site exactly as we found it.

Can we include our company logo or specific themes in the mural?

Absolutely! We love it when teams want to incorporate their brand identity. We can help you design a mural that includes your company logo, core values, or a specific theme related to your current project. This makes the final artwork even more meaningful and serves as a great visual reminder of your team's successful collaboration back at the office.

Do we need to pay in advance for the booking?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no-stress' booking policy. You don't have to pay anything upfront; you only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to be 100% satisfied. This makes the administrative side of your team event simple and risk-free.

What should our team wear to the workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. While we provide full protective suits (overalls), it’s still best not to wear your most expensive designer gear just in case! Once you’ve popped on your protective gear, you'll be ready to get messy and creative without worrying about your Friday office wear.

The experience

Break the ice (and the rules): Nothing levels the playing field like everyone learning a brand-new, slightly "rebellious" skill together. 🎤
Visualize your goals: Create a lasting piece of art that reflects your company values or your team's vision for the future.
Boost morale: Swapping the desk for a spray can is a massive mood booster that reduces stress and sparks genuine joy. 🔥
Professional guidance: Our artists aren't just great at art; they're experts at facilitating group dynamics and ensuring everyone feels included.
Risk-free booking: With no upfront payment and backup artists ready to go, your event planning is totally stress-free. 🏆
Perfect for everyone: You don't need to be "artistic"—our process is designed so that everyone can contribute to a professional-looking result.

Step by step

The warm welcome: Our pro graffiti artists meet your team at the chosen Viseu location, boosting energy with an intro to street art culture.
Safety first: Everyone gets geared up in protective suits, masks, and gloves to ensure a clean and safe creative environment.
Mastering the basics: We demonstrate essential techniques, from 'fat caps' for filling to 'skinny caps' for those sharp, professional outlines.
Individual practice: Each team member gets their own space to shake the cans and get comfortable with the pressure and flow of the paint.
The big concept: The group brainstorms a theme or logo that represents your team's unique culture or goals.
Collaborative sketching: We help you translate those ideas onto a large-scale canvas or wall using light paint strokes.
The filling phase: Team members work together to bring the mural to life with vibrant colours, gradients, and textures.
The final touch: Our artists help you add the 'power outlines' and highlights that make the artwork pop and look professional.
Photo op and debrief: We celebrate the finished masterpiece with group photos—perfect for your company's social media or office wall!

Local culture

Viseu might be known for its ancient cathedral and the legendary Viriato, but it's also a city that embraces the new. From the charming streets of the old town to the modern hubs near the Forum Viseu, there's an underlying creative energy waiting to be tapped. Our workshops tap into this local spirit, encouraging teams to look at the urban landscape through a different lens.

Fun fact: Viseu is often ranked as one of the cities with the highest quality of life in Portugal. We like to think adding a splash of street art to your team's routine only makes that quality of life—and work—even better! ✨
