How long does a creative networking event in Viseu last?

Our Viseu networking events typically run for 2 to 3 hours. This provides the perfect balance between professional networking and getting hands-on with the spray cans. We find this timeframe keeps the energy levels high and ensures everyone has enough time to finish their individual or group masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule to stick to, we can easily customise the duration to fit your itinerary.

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Absolutely not! In fact, most of our participants haven't touched a spray can since school—or ever! Our professional Viseu-based artists will guide you through every step, from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. It’s all about the experience and making new connections. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you can create something impressive with just a little bit of expert guidance.

What should we wear to a graffiti networking session?

We’ve got you covered. We provide high-quality overall suits, gloves, and masks to keep your professional attire safe. That being said, we always recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on, just in case. Street art can be a little messy, but it’s all part of the fun and the authentic Viseu creative experience!

Is there an upfront payment required for the booking?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We don't require any upfront payment to secure your networking event. You only pay after the workshop has been completed and you're 100% satisfied with the results. This makes the booking process stress-free for organisers and ensures we are fully committed to delivering a fantastic experience for your group in Viseu.

Where in Viseu do these networking events take place?

We can host these events at various inspiring locations across Viseu, from outdoor public spaces to private galleries or even your own office if it has a suitable outdoor area. If you don't have a venue in mind, don't worry! We have a network of local partners and can suggest the perfect creative backdrop in the city that suits your group size and vibes.

Are the spray paints safe for everyone to use?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and provide all necessary PPE, including masks and gloves. Our instructors are highly experienced in managing groups and ensure that the spray zone is kept safe and organised. We also ensure proper ventilation or outdoor setups to make the environment comfortable for everyone involved in the networking session.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti-style networking event in Viseu? Because traditional networking is overdue for a makeover! Here’s why our creative approach works: 🚀

Authentic connections: It’s hard to be "stiff" when you’re both wearing overalls and figuring out how to paint a shadow!
Memorable branding: Create a physical piece of art that represents your industry or a shared vision.
Stress-free booking: No upfront payments and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Expert guidance: Our professional artists are as good at coaching as they are at painting. 🎤
Total inclusivity: No "artistic talent" required—everyone can contribute to a masterpiece.
Viseu vibes: Experience the city’s growing urban culture in a hands-on, interactive way.

Step by step

The warm-up: We kick things off with a brief introduction to graffiti culture and a quick safety briefing to get everyone comfortable. ✨
Icebreaker sketches: Grab a marker! We start on paper to brainstorm ideas and get the creative juices flowing with your new contacts.
Technical demo: Our pro artists show you the "cans and don'ts"—learning how to control pressure, lines, and fades.
First sprays: Step up to the wall or canvas for some practice. This is where the real conversations start as people help each other out. 🎨
Collaborative mural: Work together in small teams to create a large-scale piece that represents your shared goals or industry themes.
The grand reveal: Step back and admire the collective work. It’s a great moment for group photos and final LinkedIn swaps. 📸
Clean up and wrap: We handle all the messy bits while you finish those last-minute chats and enjoy the buzz of a job well done!
