Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our leadership training is designed for beginners. Our professional graffiti artists will teach you everything from how to hold the spray can to advanced layering techniques. The focus is on the creative process and how your team interacts, rather than creating a Da Vinci masterpiece. You'll be surprised at how quickly your group masters the basics under our expert guidance.

What should our team wear for the workshop?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting a little bit of dust or paint on. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, shoe covers, and gloves, graffiti can occasionally be messy. It's best to leave the designer suits at the office! We provide all the professional-grade spray cans, masks, and safety equipment you'll need for the session.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

Viseu has beautiful weather, but we've always got a backup plan. If rain is forecast, we can often move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or an indoor ventilated space. We also have a large network of backup artists to ensure your event goes ahead even if there’s a last-minute scheduling hiccup. We’re committed to making your training happen rain or shine!

How long does a typical leadership workshop last?

Our typical leadership and team-building sessions last between 2 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for the initial briefing, technique practice, collaborative planning, and the final 'masterpiece' creation. If you have specific time constraints, we can tailor the duration to fit your Viseu corporate itinerary—just let us know what works best for your schedule!

How does the payment process work?

One of our biggest perks is our 'no upfront payment' policy. You don't have to worry about deposits or pre-payments. You simply book your date, enjoy the incredible creative experience with your team in Viseu, and pay after the workshop is complete. This takes the stress out of the booking process and ensures you are 100% satisfied with the service.

Can we take our graffiti artwork back to the office?

Yes! While the workshop is about the process of leadership and collaboration, you’ll also have a tangible result. Depending on the package you choose, your team can create a large shared mural or individual canvases. These pieces serve as a fantastic reminder of the lessons learned and can be proudly displayed back at your Viseu office or headquarters.

Is the spray paint safe to use for everyone?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks to protect against spray fumes, along with gloves and protective suits. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas, and our professional artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We ensure a controlled environment so you can focus entirely on the leadership exercises.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership event in Viseu? Because traditional seminars are forgettable, but spray-painting a 10-foot mural is an experience your team will talk about for years. Here’s why it works: 🔥

Breaks hierarchical barriers: When everyone is wearing a protective suit and holding a spray can, titles disappear. It’s all about the art! 🏆
Encourages brave decision-making: Paint is permanent-ish. It forces leaders to commit to a vision and execute it with confidence.
Boosts visual communication: Learn to convey complex ideas through symbols and colour, sharpening your team's non-verbal cues.
Instills 'Fail Fast' mentality: Graffiti is about layering. If a 'tag' doesn't work, you paint over it and try again—the ultimate agile mindset. 💪
Unleashes hidden talent: You'll be amazed at which quiet team member turns out to be a natural street art visionary.

If you've already explored Viseu's options for company events or brand activations, you'll know that creativity is the secret sauce to engagement!

Local culture

Viseu, known as the 'City of the Green Pines', provides a stunning backdrop for creative expression. While it's famous for its ancient cathedral and the legendary Viriato, Viseu has quietly become a hub for urban art. The city hosts impressive murals that blend perfectly with its medieval streets, proving that tradition and modernity can coexist—just like a great team! 🎨

Fun Fact: Viseu is home to the 'Rua da Senhora das Boas Noites', but we promise our workshops are much louder and more energetic than a 'Good Night' street!

Our workshops tap into this local spirit of craftsmanship and pride. We might find ourselves working near the lush Parque do Fontelo or in a dedicated creative space, drawing inspiration from the city's unique mix of granite architecture and lush gardens. It's the ultimate Portuguese setting to inspire high-level thinking and bold new ideas.

Pricing

Our Viseu leadership workshops are priced competitively to ensure your team gets maximum value. Prices generally range from €20 to €45 per person, depending on your group size, the length of the session, and the specific materials required.

Because every leadership team is unique, we don't do 'one size fits all' pricing. Whether you want a quick flash-session or an all-day intensive creative retreat, we'll build a package that fits your budget and goals perfectly.
