Do I need to have any artistic skills to participate?

Absolutely! You don't need to be the next Banksy to have a blast with us. Our professional artists are expert coaches who specialize in teaching beginners. We’ll show you exactly how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create clean lines. By the time we’re finished, you’ll be amazed at the masterpiece you’ve created. It’s all about having fun and trying something totally new in the fresh Tacuarembó air.

What should I wear to an outdoor graffiti workshop?

We recommend wearing 'adventure clothes'—things you don’t mind getting a little bit of paint on. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, shoe covers, and gloves, spray paint can sometimes find a way onto your favorite trainers if you aren't careful! Think comfortable, casual, and ready for an outdoor party. We’ve got the safety gear covered so you can focus entirely on your creative flow and the music.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor party?

Since we are hosting your party outdoors in Tacuarembo, we always keep a close eye on the clouds. If the weather looks like it won't play ball, we have several options. We can often move to a sheltered outdoor spot, or we can reschedule the session to a better time. Our backup artist policy also ensures that if your primary coach is unavailable, the party still goes on!

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary protective equipment, including professional-grade masks and gloves. Because we host these sessions outdoors, there is plenty of natural ventilation, making it a very safe environment for everyone involved. Our artists provide a full safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free experience for your entire group.

How long does a typical session last?

Our standard outdoor workshop experiences usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us plenty of time for the introduction, practicing basic techniques, and then collaborating on a large-scale mural or individual canvases. If you have a specific schedule for your event in Tacuarembo, just let us know! We can easily tailor the duration to fit your party plans perfectly.

Do I need to pay in advance for the workshop?

We believe in a ‘fun-first’ approach, which is why we don’t require any upfront payments. You can book your date and secure your artist without spending a penny today. Payment is only settled after the workshop is complete and you’re 100% satisfied with the experience. It makes planning your Tacuarembo event completely stress-free and reliable. Just request a quote to get the ball rolling!

Can you accommodate large groups for outdoor events?

We can accommodate almost any group size! Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering for a few mates or a massive outdoor bash for dozens of people, we can scale the experience. For larger groups, we simply bring in additional professional artists to ensure everyone gets enough individual attention and coaching. Let us know your expected numbers, and we will prepare a setup that works for you.

Step by step

Arrival and meet-up: Your group meets our professional artist at the designated outdoor location in Tacuarembo. We'll set the vibe with some music and get the energy up!
Safety and gear up: We provide everyone with protective overalls, masks, and gloves. Safety first, so you can get messy without the stress.
The basics of spray art: Your coach explains the equipment and demonstrates essential techniques like 'fat caps' vs 'skinny caps' and how to control paint flow.
Sketching the vision: Use markers or chalk to outline your ideas on the wall or canvas. This is where the planning of your masterpiece begins!
First lines and fills: Start spraying! You'll begin by filling in the larger shapes and getting used to the feel of the can in the open air.
Shading and highlights: Learn how to add depth to your work using techniques like fading and highlighting to make your art pop off the surface.
Outlining and details: Time for the finishing touches. Use steady hands to add crisp outlines and intricate details that bring the whole piece together.
The big reveal: Step back, take off the masks, and admire the group's handiwork. It's the perfect time for a group photo with your creation!
Wrap up and clean up: We handle all the cleanup and recycling of the cans, leaving you to head off to the rest of your party with a serious sense of achievement.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Tacuarembo is the heart of Uruguay’s tradition, but it’s also a city that loves to celebrate creativity! Known for its deep gaucho roots and the legendary celebration of 'Patria Gaucha', there is a spirit of independence and art here that fits perfectly with the rebellious nature of graffiti. While the city celebrates its history, we’re helping you create its modern, colourful future through street art.

Fun Fact: Tacuarembo is famously claimed to be the birthplace of the tango legend Carlos Gardel. There’s no better place to find your own creative rhythm than in a city so deeply connected to artistic expression! 🎤 🏆

Our workshops often take place in vibrant outdoor spaces where the local community can see creativity in action. We bring that same 'Tacuarembo soul' to every spray session we host in this beautiful region.
