Is the graffiti workshop safe for my corporate team?

Absolutely! We prioritize safety above all else. We provide high-quality protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep you and your clothes safe. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or specially rigged indoor venues in Enugu. Our professional instructors are trained to manage group dynamics safely, ensuring everyone can focus on the leadership lessons and the spray cans without a single worry. Plus, we use low-odor paints wherever possible!

How does spraying paint help with leadership skills?

Graffiti is the ultimate 'equalizer' and a powerful tool for modern leadership training. It breaks down office hierarchies and forces team members to communicate in a visual, high-stakes environment. You’ll learn about agile decision-making, creative problem-solving, and how to lead a team through a project that has no 'undo' button. It’s a hands-on way to see who steps up and how your team handles challenges under pressure.

Why choose graffiti over a traditional seminar in Enugu?

Nigeria’s creative scene is exploding, and Enugu is right at the heart of the 'Coal City' renaissance. Traditional leadership training can feel stiff and disconnected from today's fast-paced, creative world. By choosing a graffiti workshop, you are embracing 'The New Nigeria'—where innovation, bold expression, and cultural relevance drive business success. It’s an unforgettable experience that makes your leadership principles actually stick because they are tied to a vivid memory.

Do we need to have artistic talent to participate?

No way! You don't need to be the next Banksy or a local Enugu art legend to excel in this. In fact, being a 'newbie' is better because it places you in a learning mindset. Our professional artists guide you through every technique, from holding the can to creating professional flares. The focus is on the leadership process—communication, vision, and execution—not just the final masterpiece. We guarantee everyone will create something they are proud of!

How long does a typical leadership session last?

Our leadership workshops usually last between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for the 'ice-breaker' session, the skill-building phase, and the final grand-scale collaborative mural. We find this timeframe is perfect for keeping energy levels high without causing 'creative fatigue.' If you have a specific schedule or want a full-day retreat inclusive of deep-dive debriefs, we can definitely customize the duration to fit your company’s needs.

Can you bring the workshop to our office in Enugu?

We are extremely flexible! Whether you want to host the workshop at your own office premises in Independence Layout, a hotel garden, or at one of our pre-approved creative spots in Enugu, we make it happen. We bring all the gear, including the 'mobile walls' (canvas or boards), so we don't leave any permanent marks on the city unless it's an authorized mural project. We handle all the logistics and cleanup!

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that corporate plans can change. That’s why we offer a 'no upfront payment' policy—you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed and you are 100% satisfied. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as early as possible. We even have backup artists on standby to ensure that your event never gets cancelled from our side. Your peace of mind is part of the fun!

The experience

Why settle for a PowerPoint presentation when you can have a spray can? Our leadership training is designed to break down barriers and build up skills that actually matter in the Enugu business landscape. 🚀

Break the Hierarchy: Spray paint doesn't care about job titles. It levels the playing field and encourages honest communication.
Agile Problem Solving: Graffiti is fast! You’ll learn to make decisions quickly and pivot when things don't go as planned.
Visual Visioning: Translate your company values into a massive mural you can physically see and touch. 🎨
Boosted Morale: Nothing says "this is an awesome place to work" like a company that invests in truly unique experiences.
Zero Risk: With our pay-after-service model, you can book with total confidence.
Local & Personal: We know the Enugu vibe and tailor every session to the local corporate culture. 💪

Step by step

The Briefing: We start with a high-energy intro where we align the graffiti art process with your specific leadership goals and company vision.
The Urban Legend Intro: Our pro artists show you the ropes—the history of street art and the basic 'can control' techniques you’ll need to master.
Vision Mapping: Your team brainstorms a concept for a collaborative mural. This is where the leaders emerge to manage different ideas and forge a single path.
First Strike: Everyone gets their masks on and hits the practice boards. It’s time to conquer the fear of the blank canvas! ✨
The Grand Design: We move to the main project. Leaders must delegate tasks—who handles the outline, who does the fill-ins, and who manages the 'detail' work?
Navigating the Over-Spray: Mid-way through, we introduce a 'challenge'—just like in business—forcing the team to adapt their design on the fly. 🔥
The Final Flourish: Adding the highlights and 'shadows' that make the artwork pop. This represents the attention to detail required in top-tier leadership.
The Debrief: We stand back and admire the work. Our facilitators lead a discussion on the leadership dynamics witnessed during the session.
Celebration & Cleanup: Team photos with your masterpiece and we handle the messy bit! 🎉

From the bustling streets of Achara Layout to the serene vibes of Independence Layout, Enugu has a 'get-it-done' attitude that perfectly mirrors the graffiti culture. Street art is starting to pop up more frequently across the city, proving that the '042' is hungry for modern expression. 🎨
