Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Not at all! Our leadership training is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. The focus is on the creative process, communication, and team dynamics rather than painting a masterpiece. Our professional artists will guide you through the technical side of using a spray can, so you can focus entirely on the leadership lessons and collaborative goals of the day. Everyone leaves feeling like an artist.

How long does a typical leadership workshop last?

A standard leadership training session in Ettelbruck usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows us to cover the 'briefing' phase, basic skill-building, the collaborative mural design, and a final debrief where we connect the creative exercise back to your specific leadership challenges. We can also customise the duration to fit into a larger corporate retreat or multi-day seminar schedule.

What safety measures and gear do you provide?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep everyone safe and clean. We use low-pressure spray cans which are easier to control, and we typically hold sessions in well-ventilated or outdoor areas. Our professional artists are trained to manage group safety and will provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can.

Can we customise the theme of the graffiti to match our company values?

Absolutely! We encourage teams to incorporate their brand colours, company values, or specific project goals into the mural design. Before the workshop, we can discuss your specific training objectives—whether that's improving cross-departmental communication or navigating a company merger—and tailor the 'creative brief' to reflect those themes, making the experience deeply relevant to your organisation's current journey.

How does the 'pay after' policy work?

We believe in the quality of our experience, which is why we offer a 'pay after the workshop' policy. You don't need to worry about upfront costs. Once the session is complete and your team is buzzing with creative energy, we will handle the billing. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the leadership insights and the fun factor before any payment is finalised.

What should the participants wear for the session?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on (just in case!). While we provide full-body protective suits, it’s best to be practical. If you have specific leadership materials or documents you'd like to reference during the debrief, feel free to bring them along. Otherwise, just bring an open mind and a collaborative spirit!

The experience

Standard training can be forgettable. Graffiti is permanent, bold, and transformative. Here is why choosing a street art approach for your leadership development in Ettelbruck is a game-changer: 🚀

Break down hierarchies: Put everyone in a jumpsuit and give them a can; suddenly, communication flows more naturally without the office barriers.
Visualise company goals: Don't just talk about your mission—build it brick by brick in vibrant colour. 🏆
Foster agile thinking: Graffiti requires quick decisions and the ability to pivot when the paint drips—essential skills for any modern manager.
Unique bonding: Sharing a brand-new, slightly "rebellious" experience creates memories and bonds that last much longer than a lunch meeting. 🔥
Booster for morale: High-energy, creative output is a proven way to banish burnout and re-engage your leadership team.

Step by step

The vision briefing: We start with a goal-setting session where your team defines the 'mission' for the mural, mirroring real-world project kick-offs.
Technical onboarding: Our professional artists teach the basics of spray painting—handling equipment, nozzle control, and safety protocols.
Drafting the strategy: Teams collaborate on a large-scale sketch, learning to negotiate different ideas and unify them into a single coherent plan.
Role execution: Participants take ownership of specific sections of the wall, practicing delegation and supporting their 'co-leaders' in real-time.
Agile adjustments: Since graffiti is fluid, teams must adapt to mistakes or changing layers, mimicking the fast-paced shifts in the business world.
The final polish: Adding outlines and highlights requires focus and attention to detail, showing how small finishing touches impact the big picture.
Leadership debrief: We conclude with a facilitated discussion, connecting the creative process back to your specific management and communication goals.
