Do our managers need to have artistic skills?

Not at all! Our leadership training is designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns. Our professional artists will teach you the basic spray-painting techniques in minutes. The focus isn't on creating a masterpiece for a museum; it's about the process of collaboration, creative problem-solving, and stepping outside your comfort zone. You'll be surprised at what your team can achieve when they stop worrying about perfection and start focusing on the collective vision.

Is it safe and what about the mess?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including overall suits, gloves, and professional-grade masks. We typically use water-based spray paint which is less odorous and more environmentally friendly. Our instructors are highly experienced in managing group safety and will provide a full briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We ensure the environment is well-ventilated and that everyone feels comfortable and secure throughout the session.

Where do the workshops take place in Luxembourg City?

While we have indoor partner locations available for year-round sessions, many teams love working outdoors. In Luxembourg City, we use legal graffiti walls or mobile setups. If the weather doesn't play ball, we have backup indoor plans or high-quality tent setups to ensure your leadership training goes ahead without a hitch. We always check the forecast and coordinate with you 48 hours before the event to ensure everything is perfect.

How long does a typical session last?

Our standard leadership training workshops usually last between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows enough room for the introductory briefing, brainstorming sessions, technique practice, and the final collaborative mural creation. If you have a specific schedule or want to integrate the workshop into a full-day seminar, we can easily adapt the duration to fit your company's itinerary while ensuring the learning objectives are met.

How does graffiti help with leadership skills?

A graffiti workshop is a powerful tool for leadership development because it levels the playing field. It forces leaders to communicate in new ways, handle 'permanent' mistakes (drips happen!), and delegate tasks in a fast-paced, tactile environment. It's a physical manifestation of team culture. Seeing a shared vision come to life on a giant wall provides a much more lasting impact than a slideshow in a boardroom ever could.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are a small executive team of 5 or a large department of 50+, we can accommodate you. For larger groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple 'creativity stations' to ensure everyone gets hands-on time and personalised coaching. We maintain a high artist-to-participant ratio to keep the energy high and the learning focused for every single person.

How does the payment process work?

We make it easy. We don't require any upfront payment to secure your date. You can book with confidence knowing that you'll only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. This reflects our commitment to 100% satisfaction and our 'fun guaranteed' philosophy. We accept various payment methods and will send a clear invoice once your team has finished their masterpiece and the debrief is complete.

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next management development session? Because nothing breaks the ice like a can of paint and a giant mission! Here is why companies in Luxembourg are choosing this vibrant approach:

🔥 Break the hierarchy: Everyone starts as a beginner, allowing natural leaders to emerge and traditional power structures to soften.
🚀 Rapid problem solving: Graffiti requires quick decisions and adaptation—if someone drips, the team has to pivot instantly!
💡 Visualise your values: Don't just talk about "innovation" or "integrity"—literally paint them onto a wall with your colleagues.
🤝 Enhanced communication: You’ll discover how your team communicates under pressure and in a completely new environment.
🌈 Boost morale: It’s incredibly satisfying to step back and see a 10-metre mural that you created together from scratch.
⚡ Zero risk booking: With our backup artist guarantee and no-prepayment policy, your event is in safe hands.

Step by step

Initial briefing: Meet your professional artist coaches and get an introduction to the history of street art and its parallels with modern leadership.
Concept development: Work in teams to brainstorm a visual representation of your company’s core values or upcoming goals.
Skill workshop: Learn the 'can control' basics, including how to create lines, fades, and fills using professional spray equipment.
Collaborative sketching: Transfer your team’s ideas onto the large-scale canvas or wall, practicing communication and delegation.
The execution phase: This is where the magic happens! Your team works together to bring the mural to life, navigating challenges and pivots in real-time.
Creative refinement: Add the finishing touches, outlines, and highlights under the guidance of our artists to make the artwork pop.
Final presentation: Each sub-team presents their contribution, explaining the symbolism and the leadership dynamics that helped them finish.
Debrief and reflection: We wrap up with a discussion on how the day’s creative breakthroughs can be applied back in the office environment.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Luxembourg City is a fascinating mix of ancient fortresses and cutting-edge urban design, making it a perfect playground for creative leadership. While the city is known for its banking and EU institutions, its street art scene is thriving in spots like Hollerich and the legal walls near the Schluechthaus. This contrast between "suit-and-tie" professionalism and underground creativity is exactly what our workshops tap into.

Fun Fact: Did you know that despite its small size, Luxembourg City has several dedicated 'legal zones' for graffiti? This allows the city to stay pristine while fostering a vibrant, sanctioned street art culture that we are proud to be a part of! 🎨

We can host your session at several iconic spots or bring the mobile setup to your office terrace. If you're looking for more inspiration nearby, check out our workshops in Esch-sur-Alzette or Differdange. 🇱🇺
