Is the paint safe for participants with sensory sensitivities?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, water-based spray paint options where necessary, and we provide all participants with protective overalls, gloves, and masks. Our artist-facilitators are trained to maintain a safe, supervised environment in Luxembourg City, ensuring that everyone can focus entirely on the joy of creation without any safety concerns. Safety and fun go hand-in-hand at Graffitifun.

Do we need to come to a specific studio, or can you come to us?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you’d like us to come to your facility in Luxembourg City or prefer to use one of our vibrant local street art partner locations, we can make it work. We ensure that every location we use is fully wheelchair accessible and has the necessary amenities to make the group feel comfortable and at home throughout the session.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all. In fact, most of our participants have never touched a spray can before. Our workshops are designed to be intuitive and success-oriented. We focus on the 'doing' rather than the 'perfection.' Our artists guide everyone through simple techniques that yield impressive results quickly, boosting confidence and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile and a sense of achievement.

How long does a typical special needs graffiti session last?

Our standard workshops usually last between 90 minutes and 2 hours, but we know that every group is different. For our silver needs programs, we can easily shorten the session to accommodate shorter attention spans or extend it to allow for a more relaxed, slower pace. We move at your speed to ensure no one feels rushed or overwhelmed.

What is the ideal group size for these workshops?

We generally recommend a minimum of 5 to 10 participants to create a great group dynamic, but we can cater to much larger groups as well. For special needs workshops, we maintain a very high artist-to-participant ratio to ensure everyone gets the individual attention and support they deserve. Just let us know your group size, and we will staff accordingly!

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change, especially when coordinating for groups with specific requirements. At Graffitifun, we don't require upfront payments—you pay after the workshop is completed. Plus, we have backup artists available to ensure that your event goes ahead even if an emergency arises. We aim to make the booking process as stress-free as possible.

Local culture

Luxembourg City might be known for its stunning fortifications and banking district, but it also has a beating heart of urban art! From the colourful murals near the Pfaffenthal Lift to the creative hubs in Hollerich, the city is a canvas waiting to be explored. We bring that local "Kirchberg cool" directly to our workshops, connecting our participants with the modern culture of the Grand Duchy. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Luxembourg City hosts the "Knoten" street art festival? The city actively encourages urban expression, making it the perfect backdrop for your own artistic journey! 🇱🇺

Pricing

Our special needs programs are competitively priced to ensure accessibility for community groups and organisations. Prices generally range from €35 to €70 per person, depending on the duration of the workshop, the number of participants, and the specific materials required. Because we believe in a bespoke approach for every group, we recommend getting in touch for a personalised estimate.
