Can you perform a live painting session indoors?

Absolutely! While we love creating on-site, we can also prepare a custom-built wooden wall or large canvases specifically for your event in Leuven. This means we can set up in hotel ballrooms, conference halls, or even high-end office spaces without leaving a single drop of paint where it shouldn't be. We handle all the prep and the cleanup, leaving you with just the finished masterpiece.

How long does a live painting performance typically take?

The performance duration is totally flexible to match your schedule. Usually, a high-impact live painting session lasts between 2 and 4 hours, which perfectly covers a drinks reception or a dynamic keynote session. However, for multi-day festivals or large-scale mural projects in the city centre, we can spread the 'reveal' over several days to keep the excitement building for your guests.

Can you incorporate our company logo or specific brand colours?

We are experts at brand integration! Our artists can incorporate your specific brand colours, logos, and core values into the design. We usually discuss the concept with you beforehand or provide a sketch. On the day, the artist uses these elements as a foundation while adding their unique street art flair, ensuring the final result is both 'on-brand' and 'on-trend' for your Leuven audience.

Is the paint messy or smelly for the event guests?

Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We use high-quality, low-odour professional spray paints and acrylic markers where appropriate. We also provide professional floor protection (tarping) and, if needed, portable ventilation. Our artists are trained to work cleanly, ensuring that the only thing that gets painted is the canvas. Plus, we bring all necessary health and safety equipment.

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

Not at all—the canvas is yours to keep! Many of our clients in Leuven choose to hang the finished piece in their office lobby, staff canteen, or even auction it off for charity. If the work was done on a mobile wall, we can help dismantle it. It’s a fantastic, lasting memento of a great event that continues to inspire your team long after the spray paint has dried.

How far in advance should we book a live painter?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular summer dates or during the academic festival season in Leuven. Generally, 4 to 8 weeks notice is ideal to ensure your preferred artist is available and we have time to perfect the design concept. However, we have a large team of backup artists, so even if you're planning a last-minute bash, reach out and we'll do our best to help!

Step by step

Initial vibe check: We start with a chat about your event goals, the venue in Leuven, and the message you want to project.
Concept sketch: Our artist creates a digital or hand-drawn mockup of the artwork, incorporating your logos or brand colours.
Technical setup: On the event day, we arrive early to set up the 'canvas' (wall, boards, or canvas) and protective flooring.
The first strokes: As your guests arrive, the artist begins the outline, immediately drawing a crowd with the sounds and smells of creativity.
Development: Over the next few hours, layers of colour and detail are added, turning a blank space into a focal point of high-energy art.
The grand reveal: The final details are added during the peak of your event, creating a 'wow' moment for everyone watching.
Permanent legacy: Once dry, the artwork is ready for its new home in your office or as a gift, serving as a lasting memory of the day.

Local culture

Leuven’s creative heartbeat

Leuven might be famous for its historic university and incredible beer culture, but it also hides a vibrant, edgy street art scene if you know where to look. From the hidden gems in the Sluispark to the ever-evolving walls near the Vaartkom, the city is a playground for visual storytellers. Our artists are deeply inspired by the contrast between Leuven’s gothic architecture and its modern, student-driven energy. We bring that same mix of tradition and innovation to every live painting gig we do here.

Fun fact: Did you know that Leuven is home to some of the most impressive 'legal walls' in Belgium? This local support for urban art makes a live painting performance feel right at home here, connecting your event to the city's modern cultural identity. 🔥
