Do we need prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Leuven university workshops are designed for everyone, from those who can't draw a stick figure to seasoned fine arts students. Our professional artists break down the process into simple, manageable steps. We focus on technique, safety, and most importantly, having a blast. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you can create a professional-looking piece of street art with just a few basic tips and tricks.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need for a successful session in Leuven. This includes high-quality spray paint in a huge variety of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and respiratory masks for your safety. We also provide the canvases or boards you’ll be painting on. The only thing you need to bring is your enthusiasm and perhaps some clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on, just in case!

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and full-body overalls to every student. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially equipped indoor spaces. Our instructors are trained to manage group safety and will give a thorough safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We ensure a creative environment that is both fun and secure.

Can you host the workshop at our university campus?

Yes, we are very flexible! While we have several great locations around Leuven, we can also bring the workshop to your campus or a specific student union venue, provided there is adequate space and ventilation. If you have a specific spot in mind, just let us know, and we will perform a quick check to see if it meets our safety and logistical requirements.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard university graffiti workshop usually lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a final masterpiece. However, we can easily adapt the timing to fit into a specific event schedule or 'studentenweek' programme. If you’re looking for a shorter 'drop-in' style activation, we can arrange that too!

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size. For university societies or smaller classes, we usually work with groups of 10 to 30 people. However, for large-scale campus events or orientation weeks, we can manage groups of up to 100+ participants by bringing in additional artists and setting up multiple stations. Just tell us your estimated head count, and we’ll scale the team to match.

Do we have to pay in advance?

We understand that student budgets can be tight and university admin can be slow. That’s why we don't require any upfront payment to secure your date. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed. This gives you peace of mind and makes the booking process much smoother for student treasurers and event organisers. No stress, just great art!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Leuven is a city that breathes youth and creativity. While the historic Grote Markt shows off the city’s heritage, the hidden alleys and student hubs tell a different, more modern story. Street art in Leuven is a growing scene, with legal zones and murals popping up that reflect the vibrant, international spirit of the student population. From the artistic vibes near the Vaartkom to the bustling energy of the Oude Markt, we bring that urban edge directly to your university group.

Fun Fact: Did you know Leuven is often called the 'Beer Capital' of the world? While we love a Stella Artois, we think the city's walls deserve just as much attention as its taps! 🎨

Pricing

Our university workshops are designed to be accessible and affordable for student groups. Prices generally range from €25 to €55 per person, depending on the number of participants and the specific setup (e.g., individual canvases vs. large communal murals).

We believe in total transparency and flexibility. That's why we offer no upfront payments. You pay only after you've had an amazing experience!
