What exactly is live painting and how does it work?

Live painting is a dynamic performance where our artists create a large-scale graffiti mural from scratch during your event in Stuttgart. Unlike a static decoration, it provides ongoing entertainment as guests watch the artwork evolve. It’s perfect for trade fairs, corporate parties, or brand launches where you want to create a 'wow' factor and give people something to talk about.

Is it safe to have live graffiti painting indoors?

Not at all! We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and can set up specialized extraction systems or protective 'booths' if required. If your Stuttgart venue has strict indoor rules, we also offer water-based markers or digital graffiti walls. We always coordinate with the venue management beforehand to ensure everything is 100% safe and compliant with local fire and safety regulations.

What happens to the artwork once the event is over?

The canvas is yours! Most of our Stuttgart clients choose to keep the finished artwork to hang in their office, shop, or studio as a permanent memory of the event. We use high-quality canvases or wooden panels that are easy to transport. If you don't have space for it, we can discuss sustainable disposal or donation options, but usually, it's the most sought-after souvenir of the night!

How long does a live painting performance usually take?

Our live painting sets typically last between 2 to 5 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and the flow of your event. We can time the 'big reveal' or the completion of the piece to coincide with your keynote speech or the opening of the buffet. We are flexible and will work around your specific Stuttgart event schedule.

Can you incorporate our company logo or a specific theme?

Absolutely. Whether it's a specific product launch, a company anniversary, or a charity theme, our artists work with you to integrate your brand colours, logos, and messaging into the piece. We provide a digital sketch beforehand so you can approve the direction. Our goal is to make sure the art aligns perfectly with your brand identity and Stuttgart event goals.

What kind of space and setup do you need at the venue?

We are highly adaptable! We usually need a space of about 3x3 metres, but we can scale up for massive murals or slim down for tight corners. We bring all our own materials, including drop cloths to protect the floors and lighting if the venue is dim. All we really need from you is a flat surface (which we can often provide) and an excited audience!

The digital sketch: Our artist creates a preliminary design or mood board for your approval, ensuring the final result hits the mark.
Logistics & setup: On the day, we arrive early at your Stuttgart venue to set up the workspace, floor protection, and canvases.
The performance: As the music starts and guests arrive, our artist begins the piece, engaging with the crowd and creating a visual spectacle.
Interactive moments: If you like, we can invite guests to add a small 'tag' or spray a stroke, making them part of the creative process.
