Is spray painting safe for primary school children?

Absolutely! We use high-quality spray paints that are low-odour and as eco-friendly as possible. We also provide every child with a complete safety kit, including a high-filtration mask, gloves, and a protective suit. Our professional artists supervise the group at all times to ensure the cans are used correctly and safely, making it a worry-free experience for teachers and parents alike.

How long does a typical workshop last?

Our workshops for primary schools in Stuttgart usually last between 1.5 and 3 hours. We find this is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining high energy and focus. The session includes a brief history of street art, a safety demo, practice time, and finally, the creation of their masterpiece. We can also adapt the schedule to fit neatly into your school's existing lesson blocks or break times.

What does the school need to provide?

We bring everything! Graffitifun provides all the spray cans, caps, protective gear, and the surfaces to paint on. We can set up mobile wooden walls or provide individual canvases. All we need from your school is an outdoor space (like a playground or courtyard) and access to a water point for cleaning up. We take care of the entire setup and the cleanup afterwards.

Do the kids need to have previous art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our expert tutors guide the children through basic shapes, lines, and shading techniques. We focus on the 'fun' aspect of creativity rather than perfection. You’ll be amazed at how quickly Stuttgart's youngest residents pick up the 'can control' needed to create something they are genuinely proud of by the end of the session.

What happens if it rains on the day of the workshop?

In the event of light rain, we can often set up under gazebos or awnings to keep the artists and the artwork dry. If the weather in Stuttgart turns particularly nasty, we have backup artists and flexible scheduling to move the workshop to a different day. We always keep a close eye on the forecast and stay in touch with you to ensure the day goes smoothly.

How does the 'no upfront payment' policy work?

We believe in our service so much that we don't require any upfront payment! You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This takes the stress out of the booking process for schools and ensures that we are completely committed to delivering a fantastic, high-energy creative session for your students. progress.

How far in advance should we book?

Our primary school workshops are very popular! We recommend booking at least 3-6 weeks in advance, especially for the busy summer term or during Stuttgart school project weeks. However, because we have a large team of professional artists and backup staff, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests. It is always worth sending us a quick message to check our current availability. 🎨
