Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with respiratory sensitivities?

Yes, safety is our top priority! We provide high-quality FFP3 respirators, protective overalls, and gloves to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. Our Nijmegen workshop locations are chosen for their excellent ventilation. Our instructors are trained to monitor the group constantly, ensuring that the spray cans are used correctly and that everyone feels comfortable throughout the creative process.

Are the workshop locations in Nijmegen wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being fully inclusive. Whether we are hosting the session at a public legal wall in Nijmegen or a private indoor venue, we ensure the space is wheelchair accessible. We can also adjust the height of the canvases or wooden panels so that everyone can reach their masterpiece comfortably. Just let us know your specific needs when booking.

How do you handle sensory sensitivities during the session?

We understand that large groups or loud noises can be overwhelming for some. Our artists are experienced in working with neurodivergent participants and can keep the music low, provide clear one-on-one instructions, and offer 'quiet zones' if someone needs a break. The workshop is structured to be low-pressure, focusing on the joy of creation rather than a perfect end result.

How long does the graffiti experience last?

Our standard workshops in Nijmegen typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours. However, for special needs programs, we are very flexible. If the group needs more frequent breaks or a slower pace to process instructions, we can extend the session or break it into smaller segments. We work at a speed that feels right for you and your group.

Do we need to pay in advance for the workshop?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We don't require any upfront payment or deposits for your booking in Nijmegen. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed and everyone has had a fantastic time. This allows you to book with total peace of mind, knowing we are committed to delivering a great experience.

Do participants need any prior drawing or art skills?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional street artists will guide you through everything, from holding the can to creating cool 3D effects. We use specialized techniques that allow anyone, regardless of their artistic background or physical dexterity, to create something they can be proud of. It's all about having fun and expressing yourself!

The outline: Our artists help you add those sharp outlines that make graffiti pop and look professional.
Final flourishes: Add some 'shine' or stars to your artwork to give it that final street art 'wow' factor.
Group photo and cleanup: We snap some high-res photos of you with your masterpiece to remember the day forever! 📸

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Nijmegen, the oldest city in the Netherlands, has a soul that perfectly blends ancient history with a modern, edgy street art scene. While the Roman ruins tell stories of the past, the colorful murals near the Vasim and the Waal River tell the story of today. The city’s "Havana on the Waal" reputation means there’s a spirit of freedom and creativity in the air that makes it an ideal location for an inclusive graffiti experience. 🏰

Fun Fact: Did you know Nijmegen is home to one of the longest legal graffiti walls in the region? This means you can practice your skills on the same 'canvas' used by local legends!

Our instructors are deeply connected to the local Nijmegen art community, bringing that authentic 'City of Peace and Justice' vibe to every session. We love incorporating the city's symbols—like the iconic Waalbrug—into our workshop designs!

Pricing

Every special needs program we run in Nijmegen is unique, which is why we offer flexible pricing to ensure you get the best value for your specific requirements. Our sessions generally range from €25 to €55 per person, depending on the group size, duration, and the type of materials used.

The best part? You don't have to pay a penny until the workshop is over! We believe in our service so much that we offer 100% satisfaction before payment is required. 💸
