Do I need to be a skilled artist to join the training?

Absolutely no prior spray-painting experience is necessary! Our Lublin training is designed to take you from a complete beginner to a confident street art facilitator. We focus on teaching you the foundational techniques and safety protocols first, ensuring you feel comfortable before you ever pass those skills on to your students. It is all about the 'learning by doing' philosophy.

How do you handle safety and health regulations?

Safety is our absolute priority, especially in a school setting. We cover everything from the correct use of high-quality respiratory masks and gloves to managing paint fumes in outdoor vs. indoor spaces. You will learn how to set up a safe 'spray zone' for your students and how to handle materials responsibly, ensuring your classroom remains a secure environment for creative expression.

What materials will I receive to help me teach later?

We provide a comprehensive digital and physical toolkit that includes lesson plans, supply lists, and technique cheat sheets. You also get access to our online 'Tag Creator' tool, which is a fantastic resource for students to practice their letterforms digitally before hitting the wall. Our goal is to make your transition into teaching graffiti as seamless as possible.

Can I teach graffiti if my school doesn't have a legal wall?

While we provide canvases for the training, we also teach you how to source and prepare various surfaces, from plywood boards to temporary cellophane walls (wrap-arounds). We’ll show you how to set up a professional-grade graffiti workshop even if your school doesn't have a permanent brick wall available for painting. This flexibility is key for modern art educators.

How long does the teacher training session last?

The workshop usually spans 2 to 4 hours depending on the depth of the professional development session. We offer intensive half-day modules that fit perfectly into 'In-Service' training days. We are flexible and can adapt the timing to suit your school's schedule in Lublin or the surrounding areas, ensuring you get maximum value without the rush.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee for the training?

Yes! We believe in 'trying before buying' when it comes to professional development. You can use our online Cost Calculator to get a quick estimate, or reach out for a full proposal. With our backup artist guarantee, you never have to worry about last-minute cancellations. Best of all, you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti-focused professional development session? Because street art is the universal language of today's youth! Here is why art teachers in Lublin are choosing us:

Instant Student Engagement: Graffiti is the #1 art form students actually want to learn. Bring that hype into your classroom! 🔥
Confidence Building: Master a "difficult" medium and show your students that you're still pushing your own creative boundaries.
Inclusive Art: Graffiti is a great equaliser—it often reaches students who might struggle with traditional fine art techniques.
Safe & Professional: We take the "scary" out of spray paint with rigorous safety protocols and pro tips. 💪
Versatile Curriculum: Our techniques can be applied to canvas, wood, temporary walls, or school murals.
Stress-Free Booking: With backup artists and no upfront payments, we make the admin side a breeze for busy teachers.

Step by step

Intro to urban culture: We start with a brief, high-energy deep dive into the history of street art and its evolution from the streets to the classroom.
Gear and safety briefing: You'll get hands-on with professional nozzles (caps), low-pressure cans, and high-spec safety gear, learning the 'gold standard' for student protection.
Basic stroke techniques: Master the essentials of lines, dots, and fades. Our artists show you exactly how to hold the can for maximum control.
Lettering and design: Learn the architecture of 'throw-ups' and 'pieces' so you can guide students in developing their own unique tags and styles.
Stencil and masking skills: We teach you how to incorporate stencils, a great way to help less-confident students achieve high-quality results quickly.
Workshop management: The secret sauce! Learn how to manage a group of 30+ kids with spray cans while keeping the atmosphere creative and controlled.
Clean-up and sustainability: We show you efficient ways to pack down and how to dispose of materials according to local Lublin environmental guidelines.
Final mural production: Put your new skills to the test by co-creating a collaborative piece that demonstrates your mastery of the medium.

Local culture

Lublin is a city that breathes history, but its walls tell a much more modern story. Known for its incredible street art festivals and the famous 'Open City' art installations, Lublin is the perfect backdrop for urban art education. From the murals in the districts of Tatary to the creative energy found near the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures (CSK), the city is a living gallery.

Fun Fact: Did you know Lublin is home to some of the largest and most intricate murals in Eastern Poland? Many of these works integrate historical themes with modern graffiti styles, making the city a fantastic case study for your future students!

By bringing graffiti training to your Lublin school, you're tapping into a local culture that celebrates creative freedom and public expression. Our training helps you bridge the gap between old-world Lublin charm and the contemporary pulse of its youth. 🏛️ 🖌️
