Is it dangerous or messy for our employees?

Absolutely not. Our expert artists start with a detailed safety briefing and a demonstration on how to handle the cans correctly. We provide high quality masks and gloves to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. The workshop is structured to be accessible for beginners, so even those who think they are not creative will find themselves making impressive art by the end of the session.

Where do the team building workshops take place?

We are incredibly flexible and can come to a location of your choice in Ciudad Juarez, whether that is your office car park or a rented event space. If you do not have a venue, we can help find a suitable outdoor or well ventilated indoor spot. We handle all the floor and wall protection to ensure the venue remains exactly as we found it, minus the fresh art on the canvases!

How long does a typical session last?

Most of our corporate team building sessions last between 2 and 3 hours. This gives your team enough time to learn the basic techniques, practice their tags, and then work together on a large scale mural. We can adjust the timing to fit into a tight conference schedule or extend it for a more relaxed, creative afternoon if you prefer.

What if some team members have no artistic talent?

The beauty of graffiti is that it is a level playing field. We often find that the people who are most nervous at the start end up being the most enthusiastic by the end. Our instructors are there to guide every step, providing tips and tricks that make it easy to create something look great. It is all about the process and working together, not just the final result.

How do we handle the payment for the event?

We do not require payment before the workshop takes place. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to be 100 percent satisfied with the experience. You can easily book your date with us, and we will handle the invoicing after the event has been successfully completed. This makes the administrative process much easier for your HR or finance department.

What is included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need to create a masterpiece. This includes a wide range of premium spray paint colours, protective overalls, gloves, and professional grade masks. We also bring the canvases or mobile walls that you will be painting on. All you need to bring is your team and some comfortable shoes that you do not mind getting a bit of dust on.

Local culture

Ciudad Juarez is a place of incredible contrast and character, where traditional industry meets a burgeoning contemporary art scene. The city has long used street art as a form of storytelling and community expression, making it the ideal location for a corporate workshop that values authenticity. From the vibrant murals near the Pronaf zone to the local artists transforming urban spaces, the spirit of "Juarez Alive" is everywhere. We bring that same local energy to your team building event, tapping into the city's unique cultural pulse.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the murals in Ciudad Juarez often reflect the city's complex history as a border hub? Large scale public art projects here are frequently used to promote peace and social unity, proving that paint can be a powerful tool for community building.
