Do we need any prior art skills to participate?

You do not need any artistic experience at all to join our team building workshop in Leon. Our professional artists guide you through every single step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering complex shading techniques. Most of our participants have never touched a spray can before they arrive, yet they always leave with a sense of accomplishment and a fantastic piece of collective art. It is all about the process and having fun together.

How long does the graffiti session usually last?

Standard workshops usually run for about 2 hours, which is the perfect sweet spot for maintaining high energy and focus. However, we can easily adapt the schedule to fit your specific itinerary, whether you need a quick 90 minute icebreaker or a more intensive 3 hour deep dive into street art culture. Just let us know your timeframe when booking, and we will tailor the experience to match your corporate schedule perfectly.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need to get creative. This includes high quality spray cans in a huge range of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks to keep everyone clean and safe. We also provide the canvases or boards that your team will be painting on. The only thing you need to bring is your enthusiasm and perhaps some old shoes, just in case a little bit of dust catches your footwear.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my team?

Absolutely. Safety is our main priority during every event. We provide professional grade masks and protective gear for every participant. Our artists are highly trained in safety protocols and ensure the workshop takes place in a well ventilated space. We only use high quality spray paint, and we guide everyone on how to use the equipment responsibly, ensuring a worry free environment for your entire corporate team.

Can we include our company logo in the artwork?

Yes, we love it when teams want to incorporate their own branding. We can design custom stencils of your company logo or help you integrate your corporate colour palette into the mural. This is a brilliant way to create a piece of art that truly represents your brand identity. Many companies choose to display the finished canvases in their office in Leon as a lasting reminder of their collaborative success.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Rain will not dampen our spirits! We have several options for indoor locations across Leon, or we can set up temporary gazebos if the weather looks unpredictable. Our team is very adaptable and will always ensure there is a solid plan B in place so that your team building event goes ahead as planned, regardless of the weather forecast on the day of the workshop.

How do we book and is a deposit required?

Booking is incredibly simple. You can use our online cost calculator to get an instant estimate or reach out through our contact form. We do not require any upfront payment, which makes the internal approval process much easier for you. Once we have agreed on the date, time, and location, we handle all the logistics while you focus on getting your team excited for a day of creative bonding.

The experience

Why choose graffiti for your next Leon team event? Because it breaks down hierarchies and gets everyone working on an even playing field. It is the ultimate way to boost morale and spark original thinking. 🔥

Boosts collaboration: Trading ideas and sharing cans naturally improves communication within your group.
Stress relief: The physical act of spray painting is incredibly cathartic and a great way to decompress.
Creative confidence: We prove that anyone can be an artist, helping timid team members find their voice.
Lasting impact: You end up with a physical mural that can be displayed in your office as a symbol of unity.
Professional guidance: Our artists ensure the final result looks amazing, so everyone feels proud of the work.
Zero risk: With our backup artist policy and pay later system, your event is in safe hands.

Step by step

Intro and demo: We start with a brief history of graffiti and a live demonstration by our pro artists to get your team inspired.
Safety briefing: Everyone gets suited up in protective gear and learns the golden rules of using spray cans safely.
Basic techniques: You will practice holding the pressure, making clean lines, and creating dots on your own individual practice space.
Concept sketching: The team works together to sketch out a collective vision, incorporating your company values or specific themes.
The first layers: Your group starts applying the base colours to the large scale mural, learning how to fill large areas efficiently.
Detailing and outlines: This is where the magic happens! Our artists help you refine the edges and add the "pop" that makes the art stand out.
Shading and effects: Learn how to use transparent layers and highlights to give your team mural a professional, 3D look.
Final reveal: We take a step back to admire the finished masterpiece and snap some epic team photos for the office wall.
