Do I need any previous art experience to join?

Not at all! Our Leon outdoor party workshops are designed for everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned doodlers. Our pro artists will guide you through the process, teaching you how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create clean lines. You will be amazed at what you can produce by the end of the session, even if you have never touched a spray can before. It is all about having fun and trying something new!

Is the activity safe for everyone involved?

Safety is our top priority while we're out in the Leon sun. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional spray paints and our instructors provide a full safety briefing before anyone starts spraying. Since this is an outdoor party, we also recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing some sunscreen to keep yourself protected while you create your masterpiece.

How long does the outdoor graffiti experience last?

Standard sessions usually last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This gives your group plenty of time to learn the basic techniques, practice your tags, and then work together on a final large-scale piece. If you have a specific schedule or want a longer marathon session in the city, just let us know. We are flexible and can adapt the timing to fit perfectly into your day of celebrations.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need for the ultimate Leon street art session. This includes all the spray paint in a huge range of vibrant colours, protective clothing, masks, gloves, and the surfaces we will be painting on. Whether we are using large canvases or temporary wooden walls, we bring the entire studio to your chosen outdoor location. You just need to bring your energy and perhaps some music to keep the vibes high!

How does the payment process work?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We do not require any upfront payment to secure your booking for a Leon workshop. You can settle the payment after the event once you are 100 percent satisfied with the experience. This takes the stress out of planning your outdoor party and ensures you can book with total confidence knowing that fun and quality are guaranteed.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor party?

No problem! While Leon usually has great weather, we always have a plan in place. We can often arrange for covered outdoor areas or suggest alternative indoor spaces if the clouds decide to open up. Because we have a large team of backup artists, we also ensure that your event goes ahead even if there are last-minute changes. We will keep in touch leading up to your party to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Local culture

Leon is famous globally as the leather capital, but its urban landscape is quickly becoming a canvas for incredible contemporary art. From the historic streets of the Barrio del Coecillo to the modern vibes of the Poliforum area, the city is pulsing with creative energy. Our outdoor workshops tap into this local spirit, allowing you to contribute to the city's artistic narrative in a fun and legal way. Leon's bright sun and blue skies provide the perfect lighting for snapping those Instagram-worthy shots of your finished graffiti wall.

Fun fact: Did you know that Leon is home to several massive mural projects that celebrate the city's shoe-making history? While we might not be making boots, our workshop lets you step into the shoes of a real street artist for the day! 🎨

If you are travelling around Mexico, don't forget we also host amazing events in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Puebla. No matter where you are, the Graffitifun vibe is always the same: high energy and total creativity.
