Is the workshop safe for university students?

Absolutely. We take safety very seriously at every university event in Leon. We provide all participants with high quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. Our professional artists are trained to manage large groups and ensure that everyone uses the spray cans correctly. We also ensure the workspace is well ventilated or outdoors, making it a perfectly safe environment for students to experiment with their creativity.

Do students need previous art experience?

Not at all. Our workshops are designed for everyone, from complete beginners who have never touched a spray can to those with some artistic background. Our artists lead you through the basic techniques like outlines, fills, and shading before you start on the main project. Most students are actually surprised at how quickly they pick up the skills. It is all about having fun and expressing yourself in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

Where in Leon do these workshops take place?

We are very flexible with locations in Leon. We can come directly to your university campus if there is a suitable outdoor space or a well ventilated indoor area. Alternatively, we can arrange for the workshop to take place at a local street art hotspot where students can get inspired by the surrounding murals. Just let us know your preference when booking, and we will handle the logistical planning for you.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard university session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, a demonstration of techniques, and plenty of time for the students to complete their masterpieces. If you have a specific schedule or a shorter window during a campus festival, we can easily adapt the programme to fit your needs without losing any of the excitement.

What materials are included in the package?

We provide everything you need. This includes a wide variety of professional spray paint colours, protective equipment, caps for different line widths, and the surfaces themselves, such as large canvases or temporary walls. You do not need to bring a single thing except some enthusiasm and perhaps some old shoes you do not mind getting a bit of paint on. We handle the setup and the cleanup too.

How much does a university workshop cost?

We focus on providing a premium experience at a fair price. Because university groups can range from small clubs to entire departments, our pricing is bespoke. Factors like the number of participants, the duration, and the location influence the final cost. We offer a transparent quoting process with no hidden fees, and the best part is that you only pay after the workshop is complete.

Stress relief: Nothing beats the therapeutic pop of a spray can to clear the mind after intensive study sessions. 🎤
Inclusion: Art is a universal language that brings students from all backgrounds and faculties together.
Instagrammable moments: Create a stunning visual backdrop that will have your university trending for all the right reasons. 🔥
Skill building: Learn techniques used by professional muralists while developing coordination and spatial awareness.
Zero cancellation risk: With our pool of backup artists, your event in Leon will go ahead no matter what. 🏆

Step by step

Initial consultation: We chat about your university event goals and the number of students participating to tailor the perfect session in Leon.
Design phase: Our artists can help you brainstorm a theme that reflects your university spirit or a specific academic message.
On-site setup: We arrive early at your chosen Leon location to set up protective flooring, canvases, and all the gear.
Safety briefing: We start with a quick session on how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
Technique demo: A pro artist shows the group how to control the spray, create fades, and master sharp outlines.
The practice run: Students get their own space to practice basic strokes and get comfortable with the cans.
Main creation: Whether it is a collaborative mural or individual pieces, the real painting begins as the music pumps and ideas flow.
Final touches: Our artists help students add those professional highlights and shadows that make the art pop.
Gallery walk: We finish by admiring the collective work and taking plenty of photos for the university social media pages.

Good to know

Our workshops are designed to be as seamless as possible for university organisers. We usually recommend a duration of 2 to 3 hours to allow for a full creative journey, but we can flex this to fit your timetable. We can accommodate everything from small student societies of 10 people to massive campus takeovers with hundreds of participants using a rotation system. 🛡️

Safety first: All participants receive high grade masks and gloves.
Equipment: We use professional, low pressure cans that are easier for beginners to control.
Weather: For outdoor events in Leon, we always recommend a backup indoor space or marquee, though our team is expert at adapting to the conditions.
Professionalism: You will be guided by artists who are not only talented but also seasoned educators.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Leon is a city with a deep soul and a rapidly growing street art scene that rivals the likes of Mexico City and Guadalajara. Known as the leather capital, the city is famous for its craftsmanship, and that same dedication to quality is visible in the murals lining the streets of neighbourhoods like San Juan de Dios. There is a raw, industrial energy here that provides the perfect backdrop for a graffiti workshop. 🎨

Fun fact: Leon is home to several urban art festivals where local and international artists collaborate to decorate large scale industrial buildings, proving that art is the heartbeat of this thriving city.

Pricing

We do not believe in one size fits all because every university event in Leon is unique. Prices depend on group size, the amount of materials needed, and the specific setup of your venue. 💰

No upfront payment required: You only pay after the workshop is finished to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the experience.
