Do I need to have any artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our pop-up events in Leon are designed for beginners. Most of our participants have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists will guide you through the process, from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. We focus on creating a supportive and fun environment where you can learn at your own pace while creating something truly awesome with your friends or colleagues.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need to get started. This includes high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of different colours, protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the canvases or surfaces you will be painting on. All you need to bring is your energy and a bit of creativity. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting a bit of dust on.

Is the graffiti workshop safe?

Safety is our top priority at Graffitifun. We provide FFP2 or FFP3 grade masks to ensure you are not breathing in fumes, along with gloves and protective gear. Our instructors are experienced professionals who oversee the entire process, ensuring everyone follows safety protocols. We also choose well-ventilated locations for our pop-up events in Leon to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all participants involved.

How long does a typical pop-up session last?

The duration of our pop-up workshop experiences usually ranges between 90 minutes and 3 hours. This depends on the specific setup and the number of participants. We find this is the perfect amount of time to learn the basics, sketch out your ideas, and complete a full piece of street art. If you have specific time constraints for your event, just let us know and we can adapt.

What is the maximum group size for a Leon event?

Our pop-up events are very flexible when it comes to group size. We can host small, intimate groups of 10 people or large scale corporate activations with hundreds of participants. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our expert graffiti artists and additional equipment to ensure everyone gets plenty of hands-on time and personal instruction. No group is too big or too small for us to handle!

Where in Leon do these pop-up workshops take place?

Graffiti is a versatile art form that can be brought to almost any location. For our Leon pop-up events, we can set up at your office car park, a local community space, or a dedicated event venue. If you do not have a specific location in mind, we can help you find a suitable spot that allows for proper ventilation and creative freedom. We use mobile spray walls that are easy to set up.

How do I book a session and what are the payment terms?

Booking is simple and stress-free. You can reach out to us via our contact form to request a quote. Because we do not require upfront payments, you can secure your date and then pay after the workshop is completed. We also have backup artists ready to go, so you never have to worry about last-minute cancellations. Just give us the details of your event and we will handle the rest!

Local culture

Leon is a city that prides itself on craftsmanship, traditionally famous for its world-class leather and shoemaking. But beyond the workshops and tanneries, a modern urban culture is thriving. The city is becoming a canvas for local muralists who are transforming neighbourhoods with incredible visual stories. Our pop-up events tap into this local energy, connecting the city's industrious spirit with the raw expression of street art. From the historic centre to the bustling modern districts, Leon provides the perfect backdrop for a creative revolution.

Fun fact: Leon is home to one of the largest balloon festivals in the world, filling the sky with colour every year. We like to think of our graffiti workshops as the ground-level version of that spectacle, filling the streets with just as much vibrant energy and artistic flair! 🎨
