Will we get paint on our clothes during the Lille team building?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and masks to keep your work clothes safe. While our gear is top-notch, we always recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on, just in case. Our artists will also guide you on the best spray techniques to keep the paint on the wall and off your trainers!

Where in Lille does the workshop take place?

We are flexible! We have several partner locations around Lille, including cool industrial spaces and legal street art zones. However, if you have a private outdoor space or a well-ventilated warehouse at your office, we can bring the entire graffiti workshop to you. We'll handle the floor protection and setup, making it a hassle-free experience for your team.

What if some of our team members aren't 'artistic'?

No talent? No problem! Most of our participants haven't touched a spray can since they were kids. Our professional graffiti artists are experts at breaking down complex techniques into simple, fun steps. We focus on teamwork and creativity rather than technical perfection. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the professional-looking masterpiece your team has created together.

Is the spray paint safe to use for a corporate group?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide FFP2 or FFP3 masks to all participants to ensure no one is breathing in fumes. We also use high-quality spray paint and conduct our Lille workshops in well-ventilated areas. Our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone pushes a nozzle, ensuring a secure environment for everyone to let their hair down.

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

A standard team building session in Lille usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of your large-scale mural. If you have a specific schedule to stick to, just let us know! We can trim the session for a quick 'energiser' or expand it into a full half-day creative retreat.

What are the costs for a graffiti workshop in Lille?

Our pricing in Lille typically ranges from €30 to €65 per person. This variation depends on your group size, the duration of the workshop, and whether we're coming to you or using one of our local spots. We pride ourselves on transparency—there are no hidden fees, and you don't even have to pay upfront. You only pay after the fun is done!

How many people can participate in the workshop?

We can accommodate almost any group size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of 200, we have the artists and materials to make it work. For very large groups, we often split the crowd into smaller 'crews' that work on different sections of a massive shared mural, ensuring everyone stays engaged and active throughout the event.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next corporate outing in the capital of Flanders? Because it’s the ultimate equaliser! Here is why your team will love it:

Total creative freedom: Ditch the "business as usual" mindset and let your team express themselves without filters. 🎨
Communication is key: You can't paint a giant mural alone—your team will have to talk, plan, and work in sync to succeed.
Immediate visual results: Unlike a strategy meeting, you'll see the fruits of your labour instantly in a massive, colourful artwork. 🏆
Zero experience needed: Our Lille-based artists make sure even the least "artsy" person feels like a pro in minutes.
The ultimate stress-buster: There is something incredibly therapeutic about shaking a spray can and letting loose on a wall! 💥
Lasting memories: You can even take the canvases back to the office to brighten up your workspace.

Step by step

Arrival & warm-up: We meet your team at our Lille location or your office. Our artists kick things off with a high-energy intro to the world of street art.
The 'Tag' crash course: Everyone gets their first spray can. We'll teach you the basics: how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create your first 'tag'.
Concept brainstorming: Your team works together to sketch out a design that represents your company's values or goals. It’s time to collaborate!
Safety & gear up: We suit everyone up in protective overalls and masks. Safety first, style a close second! 🎨
Outline & fill: The mural begins! One group handles the bold outlines while others focus on 'filling' the letters with vibrant colours.
The 'Cutting' technique: Our artists show you how to sharpen your lines and add highlights to make the artwork pop off the wall.
Final details & flares: Add the finishing touches—bubbles, sparkles, and shadows—to give your masterpiece that professional street-cred look.
The Big Reveal & Photos: We step back to admire the collective work. It’s the perfect time for a team photo in front of your brand-new mural. 🔥
Wrap up & clean up: We handle all the messy bits. You head off for a celebratory drink with a newfound sense of team pride!

Local culture

Lille is a city with a soul of brick and a heart of art. Known for its "art de vivre," the city has embraced street art as part of its modern identity. From the colourful murals in the Moulins district to the underground vibes of the Wazemmes market area, Lille provides the perfect backdrop for a creative team building event. We tap into this local energy to inspire your team, using the same spirit that fuels the city's famous Braderie—a sense of community, bustle, and shared achievement.

Fun Fact: Did you know Lille was the European Capital of Culture in 2004? This legacy lives on in spaces like the Gare Saint-Sauveur, a former freight station turned cultural hub that perfectly mirrors the industrial-meets-creative vibe of our graffiti workshops! 🏗️✨
