Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Most of our Sydney team building participants have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert teachers who break down the process into easy, manageable steps. We start with basic lines and shapes before moving on to more complex filling and shading techniques. You'll be amazed at the high-quality mural your team can produce by the end of the session. We provide all the guidance needed to make everyone feel like a pro.

Will we get paint on our clothes during the workshop?

Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We provide all participants with high-quality protective gear, including professional-grade masks, disposable gloves, and full-body overalls to protect your clothing. We also use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control. While we recommend wearing comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on, our gear does a fantastic job of keeping you clean while you unleash your inner Banksy.

Where in Sydney do these team building workshops take place?

We are very flexible! We can host the workshop at one of our partnered street art locations across Sydney, or we can bring the entire setup to your office courtyard or a local park (pending permits). If you have a specific venue in mind, just let us know. We bring all the mobile walls, drop sheets, and materials required to ensure the site remains clean and the experience is seamless for your team.

How long does a typical team building session last?

The graffiti workshop typically lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This includes a safety briefing, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice time, and the final group collaboration on a large-scale mural or individual canvases. We can easily adjust the duration to fit into your conference schedule or office "away day" plans. Just tell us your timeline, and we will make it work perfectly for your group size.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

We cater to groups of almost any size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate division of 200+, we have the staff and equipment to accommodate you. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our professional artists to ensure everyone gets plenty of hands-on time and personal instruction. Our Sydney team is used to managing high-energy, large-scale events with ease and professionalism.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

Weather is rarely a deal-breaker. If you've booked an outdoor session and the Sydney weather doesn't play ball, we usually look for a sheltered backup area or can move the event indoors if the venue allows for proper ventilation. Because we have a large team of backup artists, we pride ourselves on never cancelling. We will work closely with you to ensure your team building day goes ahead regardless of a few clouds!

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

We make it easy. We don't require upfront payments to secure your booking; you can pay after the workshop is completed once you're 100% satisfied with the experience. Simply reach out for a custom quote, and once we've agreed on the details, you're locked in. We accept various payment methods to make the administrative side as boringly efficient as the workshop is exciting. Ready to get your team's creative juices flowing?

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next Sydney team event? Because it's the perfect mix of rebellion and collaboration! Here’s why it works:

Unleash hidden talent: You'll be surprised who the secret artists in your accounts team are! ✨
Total inclusivity: Street art doesn't care about your job title; anyone can pick up a can and contribute.
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can and the splash of colour on a wall. 🔥
Concrete results: Unlike "mental exercises," you’ll have a physical mural (or canvases) to show for your hard work.
Zero risk booking: With our backup artists and "pay later" policy, your event is in the safest hands in Sydney.
Boosted morale: Taking the team out of their comfort zone and into a creative flow state builds genuine bonds.

Looking for other vibes? We also do workshops for schools, festivals, bachelor parties, brand activations, company events, kids parties, and even 3D street art! 🎉

Step by step

The arrival: Your team meets our pro artists at the chosen Sydney location. We kick things off with a high-energy intro and an overview of street art culture.
Safety first: We suit everyone up in protective overalls, gloves, and masks. Safety is our priority so you can focus entirely on the fun.
Master the basics: Our artists demonstrate essential spray painting techniques—from nozzle control and fading to creating crisp outlines.
The practice run: Everyone gets their own space to practice. Feel the pressure of the can and experiment with different strokes and "tags."
Concept design: Together, we brainstorm the theme of your mural. Usually, this involves your company mission, values, or a bit of local Sydney flair.
The main event: Your team works together to fill in the large-scale mural. This is where communication and collaboration really come into play.
Refining the details: Our artists help you add those professional finishing touches—highlights, shadows, and clean edges that make the art pop.
The big reveal: Step back and admire your collective masterpiece! It’s the perfect moment for a team photo in front of your new creation.
Pack down: We handle all the cleanup. Your team leaves inspired, bonded, and perhaps with a few individual canvases to decorate the office!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Sydney has a world-class street art scene, from the historic lanes of The Rocks to the vibrant, ever-changing walls of Newtown and Enmore. Our workshops tap into this local creative energy, giving your team a chance to contribute to the city's artistic soul. We often take inspiration from local legends and the iconic Sydney skyline to help your team create something truly unique.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the famous "Eternity" tag was chalked onto Sydney’s streets over 500,000 times? While we use spray cans instead of chalk, that spirit of leaving a lasting legacy is exactly what we bring to your team building event! 🇦🇺

Beyond Sydney, we also bring our creative workshops to Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. No matter where your Aussie office is located, we've got you covered.
