Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our workshops are specifically designed for beginners. Most university students in Bordeaux have never touched a spray can before they join us. Our professional artists start with a safety briefing and basic techniques—like how to control pressure and create clean lines—before moving on to more complex designs. You'll be amazed at the high-quality piece you can produce by the end of the session. We provide all the guidance you need to feel like a pro.

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what gear do we get?

We take safety seriously. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks to protect against fumes, as well as disposable overalls and gloves to keep your clothes clean. The workshops are held in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially designated street art spots. Our instructors are professional artists who oversee the entire process, ensuring that everyone uses the equipment correctly and follows local regulations while having a blast.

How long does a typical university workshop last?

Standard university workshops in Bordeaux typically last between 2 and 3 hours. This gives your group enough time to learn the history of street art, practice basic strokes, design a concept, and complete a full-scale mural or individual canvases. If you have a specific schedule or a larger event like a freshers' week, we can adapt the timing to fit your itinerary perfectly.

What is the maximum group size for a student session?

We are very flexible! We can host small groups or large-scale university societies with 50+ members. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our professional backup artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention and plenty of time with the spray cans. If you're planning a massive campus-wide event, just let us know and we’ll scale our team to match your needs.

Can you host the workshop on our university campus?

We have several 'Hall of Fame' spots and creative zones around Bordeaux where we regularly host sessions. However, if your university campus has a suitable outdoor space and you have the necessary permissions, we are happy to bring the workshop to you! We provide all the mobile boards, plastic sheeting, and protection needed to ensure we leave the site exactly as we found it—except for the amazing new art!

Are the spray paints used environmentally friendly?

Sustainability is important to us. We use professional-grade spray paints from brands that focus on low-solvent formulas where possible. We also ensure that all empty cans are collected and recycled through proper channels after the workshop. We encourage students to think about the environment and we always leave our painting locations clean and tidy, respecting the local Bordeaux community and public spaces.

How does the booking and payment process work?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. To make things easy for student treasurers and university societies, we don't require any upfront payment. You can book your date with confidence knowing that our backup artist system prevents cancellations. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed and everyone has had a fantastic time. This keeps the booking process stress-free and transparent for your student union.

From the creative hub of Darwin Ecosystem on the right bank to the hidden gems in the Chartrons district, the city is breathing mural culture. Our workshops tap into this local 'Bordelais' energy, often taking place in areas where the city's history meets modern urban expression.
