Do students need any previous art experience?

No artistic experience is required at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those with some creative flair. Our professional artists stay with your group throughout the session, teaching you everything from basic can control and safety to more advanced techniques like shading and outlining. Most of our university participants are amazed by what they can create in just a few hours. it's all about having fun and trying something new!

Is the workshop safe for students?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls, to ensure everyone stays safe and clean. We use professional-grade spray paints and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially prepared indoor spaces. Our instructors provide a full safety briefing before any paint is sprayed, ensuring a secure environment where students can focus entirely on their creative expression without any worries.

What materials are included in the university package?

We bring everything needed for a successful session! This includes a wide variety of premium spray paint colours, protective equipment, caps (nozzles), and the canvases or surfaces for the art. We also provide professional guidance from local graffiti experts. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a bit of dust on. We even handle the setup and the cleanup afterwards to make it easy for you.

How long does a typical session last?

The standard university workshop lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe is perfect for a deep dive into the culture and technique without being a massive time commitment for busy students. We can easily adjust the duration to fit into a specific seminar slot, a lunch break, or an evening social event. If you have a specific schedule in mind, just let us know and we’ll tailor the flow.

What is the maximum group size for a Chelyabinsk workshop?

We are very flexible! We can host workshops for small student committees of 10 people or large-scale university festivals with over 100 participants. For larger groups, we simply send additional professional artists and set up more workstations to ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the spray cans. This makes it a great choice for both intimate team-building and massive campus-wide welcome week celebrations.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

Weather in the Ural region can be unpredictable, but we’ve got it covered! We prefer working outdoors for the authentic street art vibe, but we always have a backup plan. If rain or extreme cold is forecast, we can move the workshop to a sheltered area or an indoor space with proper ventilation and floor protection. Alternatively, we can reschedule the session to a better day at no extra cost to your university.

Can we create a joint mural for our faculty?

Absolutely! One of the coolest parts of a university workshop is creating a collaborative mural. Students can work together on a large-scale piece that represents their faculty, university values, or a specific event theme. These collaborative pieces are fantastic for fostering a sense of community and teamwork. We can also provide individual canvases if you’d prefer everyone to take their own unique masterpiece home at the end of the day.
