How it works

  5. Creative collaboration: The networking begins! You'll work in small groups to fill in sections of the mural, sparking natural conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any previous art experience to participate?

Not at all! Our networking events are designed for everyone, from CEOs who haven't picked up a brush since primary school to seasoned creatives. Our professional artists guide you through every step, teaching you basic spray techniques before you start your masterpiece. The focus is on the shared experience and relaxed conversation, so there is absolutely no pressure to be the next Banksy. Just bring your enthusiasm!

How long does a typical networking workshop last?

A standard creative networking session in Lautoka typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an initial meet-and-greet, a safety briefing, the artistic demonstration, and plenty of time for both painting and networking. We can also tailor the duration to fit your specific schedule—whether you want a quick icebreaker or a deep-dive collaborative afternoon. We work around your team's needs.

Is the spray paint safe and what protective gear is provided?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including overall suits, gloves, and specialised masks to ensure you don't get paint on your clothes or breathe in fumes. We also prefer to host our events in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large industrial halls. Our artists are professionally trained to manage group safety and will monitor the session from start to finish.

Where in Lautoka can we host the event?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the event at your office car park, a local Lautoka community space, or even a beachside location if the breeze is right. If you don't have a venue, don't worry—we have a network of creative spaces across Fiji, including spots in Suva and Nadi, where we can set up the boards and get the creative juices flowing.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

While we love the vibe of an outdoor session in the Sugar City, we always have a Plan B. If the tropical Fiji rain decides to join us, we can move the event to a covered area or use our indoor-safe, low-odour water-based spray paints and pens. We also have a pool of backup artists ready to go, ensuring your event never gets cancelled due to artist availability.

What kind of things will we actually be painting?

The sky is the limit! Many groups choose to paint a large collaborative mural that represents their shared industry goals, while others prefer individual canvases that they can take back to their office. We can even pre-draw your company logo or a specific theme for you to fill in. It’s a fantastic way to create a physical reminder of the connections made during the day.
