What should our team wear on the day?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. While we provide protective overalls and gloves, it’s best not to wear your absolute favourite outfit just in case! Since Lautoka can get quite sunny, we also suggest bringing hats and sunscreen if we are working in an open outdoor area. We take care of everything else, including all the paint, boards, and creative tools.

What happens if it rains or an artist is sick?

We've got you covered. We have a roster of backup artists ready to step in if your primary mentor is unwell. We also have experience working in various weather conditions. If heavy rain is forecast for an outdoor event, we can often rearrange the workspace under cover or use gazebos to keep the team and the artwork dry. Your event will go ahead, rain or shine!
