Why choose our graffiti program in Varna? Because we don't just teach art—we create an environment of total inclusion and empowerment. Here is why our workshop is the perfect fit for your group:

  • 🔥 Confidence Boost: There are no 'mistakes' in graffiti, which helps build self-esteem and encourages creative risk-taking.
  • ✨ Sensory Play: The vibration of the can and the visual of the paint hitting the canvas provide a unique, engaging sensory experience.
  • 🤝 Social Connection: Our workshops encourage teamwork, as everyone contributes to a joint masterpiece.
  • 🏆 Professional Guidance: Our artists are not just experts with a can; they are patient, friendly, and experienced in working with diverse needs.
  • 🎨 Physical Engagement: We use tools like 'easy-press' caps to help those with limited hand strength enjoy the process fully.
  • 🚀 100% Fun Guaranteed: We focus on the joy of the moment, ensuring every participant leaves with a smile and a sense of achievement.

How it works

  1. Initial consultation: Reach out to us to discuss your group's specific needs and mobility requirements so we can prep the perfect session.
  2. Design the concept: Together, we’ll pick a theme or a 'master sketch' that aligns with the interests and abilities of your participants.
  3. Safety briefing: We start the day in Varna with a gentle introduction to the equipment and a safety walkthrough tailored to the group's level.
  4. First spray: Participants get a feel for the spray cans by making 'free marks' on a practice surface to build confidence.
  5. Colouring the mural: The group works together to fill in the large-scale street art piece, choosing their favourite vibrant colours.
  6. Details and outlines: Our professional artists help add the finishing touches, like sharp outlines or 'highlights', to make the artwork pop.
  7. The big reveal: We take a moment to celebrate! The group admires their collective masterpiece and takes plenty of photos.
  8. Clean up and wrap: We handle all the tidying up, leaving you with nothing but great memories and a stunning piece of art.

Frequently asked questions

Is the graffiti workshop accessible for people with physical disabilities?

Absolutely! Our Varna special needs workshops are designed to be inclusive for everyone. Whether someone uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility, we adapt our workspace with accessible tables and adjustable easels. Street art is about freedom of expression, and we ensure every participant can reach the 'canvas' comfortably to let their creativity flow without any physical barriers.

How do you ensure safety during the workshop?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including gloves, masks, and overalls. Our artists use low-odour, water-based spray paints whenever possible to minimise fumes, and we always choose well-ventilated or outdoor locations in Varna. Every session is closely supervised by experienced professionals who are trained to manage the equipment and support the participants throughout the creative process.

Do participants need any previous art experience?

No prior experience is needed at all! Our Varna workshop is all about the joy of discovery. Our friendly artists guide the group through the basics of spray painting—from simple 'tags' to filling in larger shapes. We focus on the sensory experience and the fun of using the cans, making it approachable and rewarding for everyone, regardless of their artistic background or skill level.

Can the workshop be tailored to specific cognitive or sensory needs?

Yes, we pride ourselves on our flexibility. We understand that every group has unique requirements, whether they involve sensory sensitivities, cognitive challenges, or specific learning needs. Before the session in Varna, we chat with the organisers to understand the specific needs of the participants, allowing us to tailor the pace, the music, and the level of instruction for the best possible experience.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A standard special needs session in Varna typically lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We've found this is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining high energy and focus without causing fatigue. However, we can easily shorten or lengthen the session based on the group's stamina and engagement levels. We always include regular breaks to ensure everyone stays comfortable and happy.

What materials are included in the graffiti workshop package?

We provide absolutely everything! This includes premium spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective clothing (aprons/overalls, gloves, and masks), and the surfaces to paint on, such as large wooden boards or individual canvases. We also bring caps (nozzles) that are easier to press for those with less finger strength. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and bring your enthusiasm!

Where in Varna do the workshops take place?

We are very flexible with locations! We can host the event at a vibrant outdoor spot in Varna, or we can bring the workshop to your facility, school, or community centre. If we come to you, we take full responsibility for protecting the surrounding area with plastic sheeting and floor covers. We just need a well-ventilated space or an accessible outdoor courtyard to get started.
