  6. Outlining: Refine your work with sharp outlines and highlights to make the piece pop off the wall.
  7. Final touches: Add those professional details like 'dust' or shadows that turn a sketch into a masterpiece.
  8. The gallery walk: Step back, admire the group's hard work, and take those all-important photos for the 'gram.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to be good at drawing to enjoy the workshop?

No artistic talent is required! Our Hamburg graffiti artists are experts at guiding beginners. We start with basic lines and shapes before moving on to letters and fills. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at what you and your university mates have created. It’s all about the experience, the music, and the creative energy within the group.

What materials are included in the price?

We provide everything you need: high-quality spray cans, various nozzles (caps), latex gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the canvases or boards you’ll be painting on. Just bring your enthusiasm and wear shoes you don't mind getting a little dusty—while we provide suits, some paint mist can occasionally land on footwear.

How do you handle safety during the session?

Safety is our top priority in Hamburg. We provide masks and protective gear to ensure no one inhales fumes or gets paint on their skin. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated outdoor locations or large industrial spaces. Our professional instructors give a full safety briefing at the start of every session to ensure everyone has a blast without any risks.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard university workshop in Hamburg typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This gives your group enough time to learn the basics, practice your technique, and complete a final collaborative masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule or time limit for your university event, let us know—we can often tailor the duration to fit your itinerary perfectly.

Can you host the workshop on our university campus?

We are highly flexible with locations in Hamburg! We have several cool 'Hall of Fame' spots where we regularly host sessions. However, if your university campus has a suitable outdoor space or if you've rented a specific venue, we can often come to you. Reach out to our team to discuss the logistics of your preferred Hamburg location.

What is the maximum group size for a student event?

Our university sessions are most popular for groups of 15 to 50 students, but we can easily handle much larger groups by bringing in additional professional artists. We have a deep bench of backup artists in Germany to ensure that your event never gets cancelled. Whether it's a small society social or a massive campus-wide festival, we've got you covered!

How does the payment process work?

One of the best parts about Graffitifun is our 'play now, pay later' policy. You don't need to worry about upfront payments. You can book your date and pay after the workshop is completed and everyone is happy. We accept various payment methods and can provide formal invoices for university societies or student unions if required.
