How it works

  1. Arrival and meet-up: Gather your group at our designated creative spot in Differdange, where you'll meet your professional artist guide.
  2. The basics of spray: Learn how to handle the can, control the pressure, and understand the different 'caps' for verschieden line widths.
  3. Safety first: Suit up in our provided protective gear and receive a briefing on how to use materials responsibly.
  4. Concept sketching: Grab a marker and some paper to draft your ideas, lettering, or characters before moving to the wall.
  5. Outline and fill: Transfer your design to the surface. Your instructor will show you how to 'fill' areas smoothly and efficiently.
  6. Adding style: Learn techniques like fading, highlighting, and 3D effects to make your piece pop and look professional.
  7. The 'cut back': Use background colours to sharpen your edges and clean up your lines—the secret trick of the pros!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any previous drawing or painting experience?

Absolutely no art background is required! Our workshops in Differdange are designed for everyone from total beginners to those with a bit of creative flair. Our professional artists will guide you through every step, starting with simple spray techniques before moving on to more complex designs. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at what you’ve managed to create on the wall.

What should I bring to the workshop?

We provide almost everything you need: high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective suits, gloves, and professional respirators. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and old shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on, just in case. Other than that, just bring your energy and a desire to create something awesome in the heart of Luxembourg!

Is it safe to use spray paint?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide professional-grade protective gear, including masks that filter out fumes and full-body suits to keep your clothes clean. Our instructors are highly experienced and will give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated or outdoor spaces in Differdange to ensure a healthy environment for all participants.

What exactly will we be painting on?

We offer a range of options! Depending on the specific workshop or event, you might work on a large shared mural, individual canvases to take home, or even mobile wooden panels. In Differdange, we often focus on collaborative projects that allow groups to see their individual styles merge into one giant, cohesive piece of public-style art.

What happens if it rains on the day of the workshop?

Differdange is a city of steel and history, but we aren't afraid of the rain! Most of our locations have covered options or indoor hall facilities available. If the weather looks truly unplayable, we will coordinate with you to relocate to a dry spot or reschedule. We always have a backup plan to ensure your creative flow isn't interrupted by a bit of Luxembourgish drizzle.

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

Standard sessions typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, concept sketching, and the final painting phase. If you are looking for a more intensive masterclass or a quick team-building 'energiser', we can certainly adjust the duration to fit your schedule. Just let us know what you need when you book!

How much does a graffiti workshop in Differdange cost?

The price typically ranges from €35 to €70 per person. The final cost depends on factors like the number of participants, the duration of the workshop, and the specific materials or location setup required. We pride ourselves on transparency, so we don't require upfront payments—you pay once the workshop is complete. For an exact price for your group, just request a custom quote.
