Why choose us in Nausori?

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team in Nausori? It is more than just painting; it is about breaking down hierarchies and encouraging "out of the box" thinking in a relaxed environment.

  • Boost morale: There is nothing like the shared adrenaline of creating a massive piece of art to bond a team. 🚀
  • Foster communication: To make a mural work, your team has to talk, plan, and listen to each other. 🎤
  • Everyone is equal: Behind a mask and a spray can, there are no job titles—just artists working together. 🤝
  • Tangible results: You will end up with a physical masterpiece (or canvases) that can decorate your office as a reminder of the day. 🏆
  • Stress relief: Spraying paint is incredibly therapeutic and a great way to vent workplace pressure in a positive way. ✨
  • Professional guidance: Our expert artists ensure you get high-quality results while having a total blast. 💪

How it works

  1. The warm-up: Your team meets our pro artists and gets a quick intro to the fascinating history of street art and urban culture.
  2. Safety first: Everyone gets suited up in protective gear and learns the essential do's and don'ts of handling professional spray cans.
  3. First lines: We start with basic exercises on the practice wall—learning how to control pressure, distance, and angle to create different effects.
  4. The concept: Your group brainstorms a theme or "tag" that represents your company values or team goals for the final mural.
  5. Sketching it out: Under our guidance, the team starts sketching the large-scale design, dividing tasks so everyone has a role to play.
  6. Adding colour: This is where the magic happens! The team works together to fill in the piece, learning blending and fading techniques.
  7. The finishing touches: We add outlines, highlights, and "second outlines" to make the artwork pop and look like a professional masterpiece.
  8. The grand reveal: We step back, take group photos, and discuss the collaborative process and how the team overcame creative challenges together.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely none! Our workshops in Nausori are specifically designed for beginners. Our professional graffiti artists will guide your team through each step, from basic spray can control to advanced layering techniques. We focus on the process and teamwork rather than individual technical skill. You will be amazed at what your group can produce together by the end of the day, even if you have never picked up a spray can before.🎨

Is the workshop safe and what safety gear is provided?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. We use low-odour professional spray paints whenever possible and typically work in well-ventilated or outdoor spaces. Our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing at the start of every session to ensure everyone handles the equipment correctly and feels comfortable throughout the entire creative process.🛡️

How long does the workshop session usually last?

A typical team development session in Nausori lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for the intro, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale collaborative mural. However, we are completely flexible! If you have a tight schedule during a conference or want a full day of deep-dive creativity, we can adapt the duration to meet your specific corporate goals.⏱️

Where in Nausori do the workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at one of our partner creative spaces in Nausori, or we can bring the entire setup to your office or a venue of your choice. We use mobile "graffiti walls" (heavy-duty plastic film or wooden panels) which ensures no permanent marks are left on the property. This flexibility allows us to integrate the activity seamlessly into your existing team-building itinerary.📍

How much does a team development workshop cost?

Our pricing is tailored to your specific needs, group size, and chosen location. Factors like the number of participants, duration, and whether you want to keep the final canvases influence the cost. We offer a transparent quoting process with no hidden fees and, best of all, no upfront payment is required. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are happy. What happens if it rains or an artist is unavailable?

Graffitifun Nausori is prepared for all conditions. If we are planned for an outdoor session and the tropical rain hits, we have backup indoor locations or can set up professional pop-up gazebos. Additionally, we have a network of backup artists available, so your event will never be cancelled due to staff illness. We guarantee your team-building event will go ahead as planned, rain or shine.🌦️
