Is it safe for children to use spray cans?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality, low-odour water-based spray paints for kids' parties whenever possible. Every child is provided with a full protective kit, including a suit, gloves, and a mask. Our professional instructors supervise every second of the session to ensure the paint stays on the boards and everyone has a blast in a secure environment. We've hosted hundreds of kids' parties with a flawless safety record!

What is the minimum age for a graffiti birthday party?

While we recommend our graffiti workshops for children aged 6 and up, we can definitely accommodate younger siblings with a bit of extra help. It helps if the kids have enough hand strength to press the nozzle of the spray can. For those younger creators, we often bring along specialized 'low-pressure' cans that are much easier to handle, ensuring they feel just as much like a street art pro as the older kids!

What happens if it rains on the day of the party?

The great thing about street art is that it's meant to be outdoors! However, we always have a plan B. If the weather in Petaling Jaya looks like it’s going to take a turn, we can often move the party to a covered outdoor area or an indoor space with proper ventilation using our specialized indoor-safe paints. Alternatively, our backup artist system ensures we can be flexible with timing if a sudden tropical downpour hits.

What do we need to provide for the workshop?

You don't need to bring a thing except some old shoes! We provide everything required for a world-class graffiti experience: premium spray paint in a rainbow of colours, protective gear (overalls/ponchos, gloves, masks), large workspaces, and expert instruction. We even bring the inspiration! Each child will get to take home their own masterpiece on a canvas or board, making for the ultimate party bag gift.

How long does the graffiti party last?

Our standard birthday workshops in PJ usually last between 1.5 to 2 hours. This provides the perfect balance of time to learn the basic techniques, practice some 'tagging', and then dive into the main project. We find this timeframe keeps the energy levels high and the kids fully engaged from the first shake of the can to the final reveal of their artwork. We can adjust the duration slightly to fit your schedule!

Do I need to pay in advance to book?

We believe in 'fun first', so there is no upfront payment required to secure your booking. You only pay after the workshop is complete and you’re 100% satisfied with the experience. This takes the stress out of planning and gives you peace of mind. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Your happiness and the birthday child's smile are what matter most to us!

How many children can participate in one session?

Our parties are super flexible. We can host small groups of 5-10 friends or massive 'whole-class' bashes of 30+. If you have a particularly large group, we simply send out additional professional artists to ensure every child gets the attention and guidance they need. No matter the size of the squad, we make sure everyone leaves feeling like a street art legend. Just let us know your numbers when requesting a quote!

The experience

Why settle for the same old party when you can give them an experience they’ll never forget? A graffiti party in Petaling Jaya is more than just an activity; it's a chance for kids to express themselves in a way they never have before. 🔥

Total Creative Freedom: There are no mistakes in street art—just happy accidents and new styles! 🎨
Professional Artist Mentors: The kids don't just 'play' with paint; they learn real techniques from active graffiti pros.
Safety is Our Jam: We provide full 'Breaking Bad' style suits and masks that look cool and keep them clean. 🧪
Zero Stress for Parents: We bring everything, manage the chaos, and clean up afterwards. You just take the photos!
The Best 'Party Bag' Ever: Every child takes home their own hand-painted canvas to hang on their bedroom wall. 🏆
Backup Artist Guarantee: Our deep roster means we never cancel. Your party is set in stone!

Step by step

Pick your spot: Choose a garden, a driveway, or any outdoor space in Petaling Jaya. We can even suggest some cool local spots if you're stuck!
Let's chat: Send us a request with your preferred date and the number of young artists joining the squad.
Theme it up: Tell us if the birthday star has a favourite theme, colour, or character they want to incorporate into the art.
Suit up: On the day, our artist arrives early to set up. We get every child into their protective gear so clothes stay clean!
Learn the basics: We start with a fun demo. The kids learn how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create different lines.
Practice run: Everyone gets to test their skills on a practice wall to get their "graffiti hand" in.
The Masterpiece: The kids work on their individual canvases or a giant collaborative mural for the birthday hero.
Final touches: Our pro artist helps everyone add those sharp outlines and highlights that make the art pop.
Photo op: We finish with a legendary group photo in front of the artwork. Clean up is all on us!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Petaling Jaya (or PJ as we locals love to call it) has transformed from a satellite town into a buzzing creative hub. From the hidden murals around Section 14 to the urban vibes of The Curve, PJ is a city that understands modern art and expression. We bring that same 'PJ pride' to every birthday party, encouraging kids to contribute to the city’s creative spirit. 🏙️

Fun Fact: Did you know that Petaling Jaya was originally developed as a satellite township for Kuala Lumpur but has since developed its own unique street art identity, especially around the older shoplots where heritage meets modern spray paint?

Our artists are well-versed in the local scene and love sharing the history of graffiti with the next generation of PJ creators. Whether they want to spray something inspired by the local landscape or something from their wild imaginations, we make it happen right here in the heart of Selangor!
