Is it messy and do we get protective gear?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and masks for every participant. While our water-based spray paint is easier to manage than traditional fumes, we prioritize safety and cleanliness so you can enjoy the music festival vibes in Almere without worrying about ruining your favourite outfit. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as you'll be standing while creating your masterpiece.

How long does a typical festival workshop last?

We are incredibly flexible. Our festival workshops can range from quick 15-minute 'drop-in' sessions for individuals to structured 90-minute masterclasses for larger groups. In a fast-paced festival environment like those in Almere's Esplanade, we usually recommend a 'walk-in' setup where people can contribute to a massive collective mural throughout the day at their own leisure.

What happens if an artist is unable to make it?

Graffitifun is built on reliability. We have a deep bench of professional artists across the Netherlands. If your assigned lead artist falls ill or has an emergency, we have backup artists ready to step in immediately. Your festival schedule is safe with us; we understand that timing is everything when managing thousands of attendees.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional street artists guide you through the process, from holding the can correctly to mastering 'fading' and 'outlining' techniques. Most festival-goers are surprised by how quickly they can create something that looks professional, making it a highlight of their Almere festival experience.

How does the 'pay afterwards' policy work?

At Graffitifun, your satisfaction and peace of mind come first. We do not require any upfront payments or deposits to secure your festival booking in Almere. You only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed. This ensures you are 100% happy with the service and the artistic results before the final transaction.

Can you set up the workshop at any festival location?

Yes, we can! We offer mobile graffiti walls and wooden panels that we can set up almost anywhere. Whether your festival is in a park, a car park, or an indoor venue in Almere, we bring everything required. We just need a flat surface and a bit of space to let the creativity flow safely.

Local culture

Almere is a city built on modern vision and bold architecture, making it the perfect canvas for contemporary street art. From the vibrant culture surrounding the Esplanade to the artistic enclaves in Almere Buiten, there is an urban pulse here that resonates perfectly with the graffiti scene. We love the way Almere embraces the 'new'—and our workshops reflect that forward-thinking spirit. Whether your festival is happening near the Weerwater or in one of the city's lush green parks, we bring an authentic urban flavour that respects Almere's unique status as a hub of Dutch innovation. We often draw inspiration from the city's sleek skylines and water-focused landscapes to help festival-goers create art that feels truly local.
