Can you provide the graffiti workshop at our Almere office?

Absolutely! While we love hosting you at our creative hubs, our team of professional artists is fully mobile. We can bring the entire graffiti workshop experience to your office car park or a rented venue in Almere, provided there is adequate ventilation and space. We handle all the floor and wall protection to ensure your premises remain spotless after the spray cans are put away.

Is the workshop safe for everyone in my team?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide every participant with high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade respiratory masks. Our spray paints are selected for their quality and safety. Our experienced facilitators lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment where your team can focus entirely on being creative and having a great time.

What if some of my colleagues aren't creative?

No artistic talent is required at all! In fact, most of our workshop participants haven't held a spray can since they were kids, if ever. Our professional artists are experts at breaking down complex street art techniques into simple, manageable steps. We provide stencils and guided coaching, so even the most 'artistically challenged' colleague will walk away feeling proud of what they've created.

What should we wear to the company outing?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty. While we provide full-body protective gear (disposable suits), we always suggest avoiding your best designer outfits just in case. Street art is a physical, hands-on activity, so flat shoes like trainers are much better for moving around the canvas than heels or formal dress shoes.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard graffiti workshop for company outings typically lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This includes the introductory talk, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of your masterpiece. We can often adjust the timing to fit your specific schedule, whether you need a quick energy boost between meetings or a full afternoon of team-building immersion.

How does this workshop help with team building?

The workshop is a fantastic way to break down corporate hierarchies. We often design the session so that teams must collaborate on a large, shared canvas. This requires communication, shared vision, and 'layering' each other's work. It’s an organic way to improve team dynamics, encourage problem-solving, and celebrate the collective identity of your brand in a relaxed, fun environment outside the office.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next company outing in Almere? It’s more than just painting on walls; it’s about breaking barriers and building connections. Here is why it works:

Boosts morale: There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of creating something huge and colourful with your colleagues to lift the team spirit.
Encourages collaboration: Creating a shared mural requires teams to talk, plan, and work in harmony, translating directly back to workplace teamwork.
Zero experience needed: Our workshops are designed for everyone, regardless of age or 'artistic' ability. We make sure everyone feels like a pro.
Stress relief: The physical act of spray painting is incredibly cathartic and serves as a perfect 'brain break' from digital work.
Memorable results: You can choose to take your canvases back to the office as a permanent reminder of your team's creativity.
Worry-free planning: With our backup artists and all-inclusive packages, we handle the logistics so you can just show up and have fun.

Step by step

Introduction and inspiration: We start with a high-energy kick-off where our artists share the history of graffiti and show you some mind-blowing examples to get your creative juices flowing.
Safety and gear up: Everyone gets fitted with protective suits, masks, and gloves. We'll walk you through the 'rules of the yard' to keep everyone safe and clean.
Mastering the nozzle: You'll learn the basic techniques on your own practice space, discovering how distance, pressure, and speed change the lines you create.
Sketching the concept: Whether you're working on individual canvases or a giant team mural, we'll help you sketch out the initial shapes and 'tags'.
Layering and filling: This is where the magic happens. You’ll learn how to fill in large areas, create smooth gradients, and add that vibrant 'pop' of colour.
Outlining and detailing: Our pros show you how to 'cut' lines and add sharp outlines that make your artwork look professional and crisp.
The final reveal: We take a moment as a group to admire the finished work, take team photos, and discuss the different styles that emerged during the session.
