How long does a creative networking event typically last?

Most networking sessions in Tilburg last between 2 and 3 hours. This provides the perfect balance of instructional time, creative spray-painting, and ample opportunity for organic networking. We can adjust the timings to fit into a larger conference schedule or a dedicated evening mixer depending on your specific needs and goals.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Ideally, we suggest a minimum of 10 people to spark a great atmosphere, but we can accommodate very large groups of up to 200+ participants. For larger crowds, we often set up multiple 'creation stations' and rotate groups, ensuring everyone gets a chance to spray while keeping the networking flow active and engaging.

Do we need any previous artistic experience?

Not at all! In fact, most of our participants have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are there to guide you through the basics, from nozzle control to colour blending. The focus is on the shared experience and networking, so it’s all about having a go and having fun together.

What should attendees wear to a graffiti networking event?

We provide high-quality overall suits, gloves, and masks to keep your professional attire safe. However, we always recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on, just in case. Once you're suited up, you're ready to head to the 'Hall of Fame' and start creating!

Can the event take place at our own office in Tilburg?

We can host events at Tilburg's amazing legal graffiti zones (like the Hall of Fame area), or we can bring the workshop to your office or a third-party event space using our specialized mobile foil walls. If we work indoors, we ensure proper ventilation or use low-odour water-based paints to keep the environment comfortable for everyone.

What happens if the scheduled instructor is unavailable?

Absolutely! We never want a sick day to ruin your plans. Graffitifun works with a large collective of professional street artists across the Netherlands. This means we always have backup artists on standby who can step in and lead your event with the same level of energy and expertise, guaranteed.

How does the payment process work?

Payment is simple and stress-free. You don't need to pay anything upfront when booking. After the event is finished and you're 100% satisfied with the experience, we will send an invoice for the final amount. This allows you to book with total confidence and focus entirely on your guests.

Concept brainstorming: In small 'networking pods', you'll discuss themes or brand values to translate into a visual graffiti concept.
Safety & gear: Everyone gets suited up in protective overalls, gloves, and high-quality masks for a safe, clean experience.
Can control 101: Our artists teach you the secrets of 'lines', 'fades', and 'dots' on your own practice space.
The big collaboration: Move to the main wall or canvases to work together on a large-scale piece that represents your collective goals.
Individual tags: Take a moment to create your own individual 'tag' or small artwork to keep the creative juices flowing.
The grand reveal: Step back with a drink in hand to admire the finished masterpiece and discuss the process with new connections.
