Do we need any previous drawing or painting experience?

Absolutely! No prior artistic experience is needed to join our youth projects in Tilburg. Our professional artists are pros at breaking down complex techniques into easy-to-follow steps. We start with the basics of can control and safety before moving on to creative expression. Whether you think you can't draw a stick figure or you're already sketching in your notebook, you'll leave with a piece of art you're proud of.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for young people?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and overall suits to keep everyone safe and clean. Our instructors are experienced professionals who supervise the group throughout the entire session. We only use high-quality spray paint and ensure that the workshop takes place in a well-ventilated outdoor or indoor area that meets all safety standards. Fun and safety go hand-in-hand here!

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A standard youth project workshop in Tilburg usually lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours. This provides enough time for a solid introduction, practicing basic techniques, and completing a final masterpiece. If you have a larger group or a specific project in mind—like a long-term mural project—we can extend the duration to suit your needs. We are flexible and can adapt the timing to fit your schedule.

What materials are included in the workshop price?

We provide everything! Your booking includes all necessary spray cans in a wide variety of vibrant colours, protective gear (suits, gloves, masks), and the surfaces we'll be painting on—whether that's individual canvases or a large communal wall. You just need to show up in old clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on, just in case!

Where in Tilburg do the workshops take place?

We can host workshops at various cool street art locations throughout Tilburg, or we can come to your specific location if there is a suitable outdoor space. Tilburg has some great legal spray zones, but we often set up at community centres, schools, or youth clubs. If you aren't sure about a location, just ask us! We have plenty of mobile setups that allow us to bring the graffiti experience directly to you.

How does the payment process work? Do I pay upfront?

We believe in the quality of our workshops, which is why we don't require upfront payments. You can settle the bill after the workshop has taken place. This keeps things stress-free for youth workers and organisers. We accept various payment methods, and we'll send over all the details once your booking is confirmed. Our goal is to make the administrative side as easy as the painting!

Local culture

Tilburg has always been a city that does things differently. From its roots as the wool capital of the Netherlands to its current status as a hub for urban culture and the arts, there is a gritty, authentic "013" energy here that perfectly suits the graffiti scene. You can see it in the murals around the Spoorzone and the creative vibes of the Piushaven. Our workshops tap into this local pride, encouraging participants to draw inspiration from Tilburg's transition from an industrial giant to a modern cultural powerhouse.

Fun Fact: Did you know Tilburg is home to some of the largest legal graffiti walls in the region? Our artists often draw inspiration from the city's "Kruikenzeiker" history to create modern, edgy designs!
