Do I need to have any artistic talent or experience?

Absolutely not! Our Tilburg onboarding workshops are designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists will guide you through every single step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering advanced shading techniques. By the time we're finished, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece you've created. It’s all about having a go, getting messy, and enjoying the creative process with your new team-mates.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need to get started. This includes high-quality spray cans in a huge range of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We also provide the 'canvas'—whether that's a professional board or a designated wall space. The only thing you need to bring is your enthusiasm and some comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on just in case!

Is the graffiti workshop safe?

Safety is our top priority at Graffitifun. We provide high-quality FFP2 masks and gloves to all participants to ensure a safe breathing environment and clean hands. Our workshops take place in well-ventilated areas, and our artists are fully trained in lead safety protocols. We use professional-grade supplies that are industry-standard, ensuring a fun experience that doesn't compromise on your well-being.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard onboarding session in Tilburg usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of street art, a safety demo, practice sessions, and the creation of your final group masterpiece. If you have a tighter schedule or want a more in-depth masterclass, we can easily adjust the duration to fit your specific event needs.

What's the minimum or maximum group size?

We are very flexible with group sizes! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a massive corporate department of 200, we can accommodate you. For very large groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple 'creativity stations' to ensure everyone gets hands-on time and personal guidance. No one gets left out of the fun!

How does the payment process work?

We believe in the quality of our service, which is why we offer a 'pay after the workshop' policy. You don't need to worry about upfront fees or deposits. Once the spray cans are capped and the smiles are wide, we handle the administrative side. This makes the booking process stress-free and gives you total peace of mind for your event planning.

What happens if it rains on the day?

While we love the vibe of Tilburg’s outdoor creative zones, we always have a Plan B. If the weather looks like it won't cooperate, we can move the workshop to a covered location or an indoor space using low-odour water-based cans if necessary. We also have backup artists on standby to ensure that your event goes ahead no matter what. We’ve got you covered!

The experience

Why settle for a boring office tour when you can give your new starters a spray can and a blank canvas? Our onboarding workshops are designed to foster communication, risk-taking, and lateral thinking from day one. Here is why teams in Tilburg love working with us:

Instant Connection: Nothing breaks down barriers like collaborating on a giant piece of art. It’s the ultimate icebreaker! ✨
Zero Pressure: No artistic skill? No problem! Our professional artists guide everyone to a result they can be proud of. 🏆
Company Culture: Create a mural that represents your company's values and mission—literally painting your future together. 🏢
Reliable & Stress-Free: With backup artists and no upfront payment, your event is in the safest hands in the industry. 💪
Fun & Energy: Boost morale and start the new employee journey with a high-octane, memorable experience. 🎤
Unique Souvenir: If you work on canvases, you get to keep the artwork to decorate your office space! 🖼️

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro to street art culture and a safety briefing to get everyone comfortable.
The tag creator: Use our digital tools or paper sketches to brainstorm your team's unique tag or logo.
First lines: Grab a can and head to the wall! You'll start by practicing basic lines, circles, and 'dusting' techniques.
Concept design: Our artists help your team sketch a large-scale outline of the collective vision on the canvas.
Fill-ins: This is where the colour happens! The team works together to fill the piece with vibrant hues and gradients.
Cutting and outlines: Learn how to make the artwork 'pop' by adding sharp outlines and 3D effects.
The final highlights: Add those professional 'shines' and details that turn a good piece into a masterpiece.
The grand reveal: We step back, peel off any tape, and admire the collective work of art your new team has created together.

Local culture

Tilburg has evolved from its textile-heavy industrial roots into a vibrant hub for contemporary culture and street art. From the mural-lined walls near the Spoorzone to the hidden gems in the Dwaalgebied, the city breathes creativity. Choosing Tilburg for your onboarding workshop means immersing your team in an environment that values innovation and "doing things differently." The vibe here is raw, authentic, and incredibly welcoming—perfect for new team members to find their feet.

Fun Fact: Did you know Tilburg is home to the Hall of Fame in the Spoorzone? It's a legendary spot for urban culture where skaters and graffiti artists have been honing their craft for decades! 🛹

By hosting your workshop here, you're not just doing an activity; you're connecting with the local soul of "013". Whether we're setting up near the TextielMuseum or at a private creative warehouse, the Tilburg energy will definitely inspire your team's best work.

Pricing

Our pricing is as flexible as a fresh spray can! We want to make sure you get the best value for your specific team size and goals. Generally, our Tilburg graffiti workshops range from:

€25 - €55 per person

This variance depends on the duration of the session, the materials used, and the number of participants. We don't believe in "one size fits all" pricing, and best of all: no upfront payment is required. You only pay after the event is successfully completed!
