Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely! Most of our team development participants in Tilburg have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the absolute basics, from how to hold the can to mastering pressure control. We create a relaxed, judgment-free environment where everyone feels comfortable experimenting. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team goes from 'I can't draw' to creating a massive, vibrant masterpiece together. It is all about the process and having a blast!

What should we wear and is it safe?

Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We provide high-quality overall suits, gloves, and specialized masks to ensure everyone stays clean and protected. While we take every precaution, we always recommend that team members wear comfortable clothes and old shoes they don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on. We use professional-grade spray paint that is designed for ease of use and vibrant results while adhering to safety standards.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard team development workshop in Tilburg typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, technique practice, the collaborative design phase, and the final 'grand reveal' of your artwork. We can easily adjust the duration to fit into your wider corporate itinerary, whether you need a quick energiser or a deep-dive afternoon of creative collaboration. Just let us know your schedule requirements!

What is the maximum group size for a Tilburg workshop?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you have a small executive team of 10 or a massive department of 200+, we have the gear and the artist staff to handle it. For very large groups, we often work on multiple huge canvases or sections of a wall, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to contribute. We keep our artist-to-participant ratio high so everyone gets personal guidance and support throughout the session.

Can the workshop take place at our office location?

Tilburg has some fantastic legal street art zones, such as the Hall of Fame, but we are also fully mobile. We can bring the entire setup – including mobile walls, floor protection, and all painting supplies – directly to your office car park or a hired event space. If you prefer an indoor session, we use specific low-odour techniques or work on individual canvases. We'll help you find the perfect Tilburg location that fits your vibe.

Do we need to pay in advance to book?

Yes! Unlike many other providers, we don't require an upfront payment to secure your booking. We believe in the quality of our service and want the booking process to be as stress-free as possible for your HR or events department. You can settle the payment after the workshop has concluded. This 'fun first, pay later' approach is part of our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction in every session we lead.

How does graffiti actually help with team development?

Street art is a great metaphor for business: it requires a plan but rewards flexibility. During the workshop, teams must communicate their vision, delegate tasks (like filling in backgrounds vs. doing detail work), and support each other's creative choices. It breaks down professional hierarchies and allows natural leaders to emerge in a new context, all while creating a shared visual memory of your team's collective goals and identity.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Tilburg has transformed from a traditional textile hub into one of the Netherlands' most exciting creative hotspots. The city’s DNA is soaked in 'Raw on the Edges' culture, making it a dream location for a graffiti workshop. We often host sessions near the iconic Spoorzone, an area where industrial history meets modern innovation. The local street art scene is thriving, with legal walls like the Hall of Fame acting as a rotating gallery for world-class talent. Mixing this edgy Tilburg vibe with your team's energy creates an atmosphere where creativity knows no bounds. ✨

Fun Fact: Tilburg is home to one of the largest legal graffiti walls in the Benelux! The city actively encourages street art through various festivals, meaning your team will be contributing to a local culture that truly embraces the spray can. 🏆
