Looking for a way to energise the younger generation in the administrative heart of the Netherlands? Our graffiti youth projects in The Hague offer a unique blend of urban culture, teamwork, and raw creativity. At Graffitifun, we believe that every teenager has a voice, and what better way to express it than with a spray can in hand? Whether you’re a community leader, a teacher, or a youth worker, our workshops turn grey spaces into vibrant galleries of self-expression. We bring the authentic vibe of the street straight to the youth of Den Haag, teaching them the skills of the world’s most exciting art form in a safe, legal, and incredibly fun environment. 🎨
Our professional artists don't just teach art; they inspire confidence and foster a sense of belonging through shared creative goals. From the hip districts near Hollands Spoor to the beachy vibes of Scheveningen, we’ve been making our mark across the city for years. Ready to make your mark?

The experience
Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next youth project in the city of Peace and Justice? It’s simple: it’s the ultimate way to engage young people who might find traditional art classes a bit too "stiff." 🎨🔥
- Boosts Confidence: Seeing a giant, colourful mural completed in just a few hours gives a massive sense of achievement.
- Promotes Teamwork: Our collaborative murals require kids to communicate, plan, and work together on one giant canvas. 🤝
- Safe & Legal: We teach the difference between vandalism and street art, focusing on respect for the environment.
- Professional Mentorship: Our artists aren't just teachers; they are active members of the street art community who inspire the youth.
- Zero Stress Booking: With our backup artist policy and "pay later" system, your event is in safe hands. 🏆
- Physical Activity: Get them away from screens! Graffiti is a physical, move-around-the-wall kind of art.

Step by step
- Introduction & Safety: We start with a high-energy intro to the world of street art and a vital safety briefing on how to use our professional gear.
- Mastering the Can: Participants learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can, including how to swap caps for different line widths and effects.
- Lines & Dots: We practice the basics—getting used to can pressure to create clean lines, circles, and those iconic graffiti drips.
- Sketching the Concept: The group works together or individually to sketch out their design on the wall or board using chalk or light paint.
- Filling In: This is the vibrantly coloured part! We teach 'filling' techniques to make the letters and shapes pop with solid or blended colours.
- Outlining & Highlights: The pros show how to add that sharp 'power line' and white highlights to give the artwork a professional 3D look.
- Adding Character: Depending on the project, we might add 'characters' or background elements like bubbles and stars to finish the scene.
- The Big Reveal: We step back, remove the protective gear, and admire the collective masterpiece. It’s the perfect moment for a group photo!

Local culture
Street art in The Hague
The Hague isn't just about palaces and politics; it's a city with a deep-rooted urban soul. From the legendary 'Binckhorst' area—the industrial heart of the city's street art scene—to the hidden gems in the Zeeheldenkwartier, Den Haag is a playground for visual storytellers. Our workshops tap into this local heritage, showing the youth that they are part of a thriving Dutch art tradition that includes world-famous artists.
We often host our sessions at these iconic local spots to give participants a real taste of the culture. Getting your hands 'dirty' (safely!) in a place where professional murals tower over you is an experience no classroom can replicate. It’s about more than just paint; it’s about connecting with the rhythm of the city. ✨
Pricing
We believe top-tier creative experiences should be accessible. Our sessions are competitively priced to ensure youth organisations can provide the best for their groups. 💸
Estimated Pricing: €25 - €55 per person
Note: Final pricing depends on your group size, the duration of the workshop, and the specific location chosen.
No upfront payment is required! We work on a trust basis—you only pay after the masterpiece is finished and everyone is smiling. This makes the booking process stress-free for busy community organisers.
