Is the graffiti workshop safe for primary school children?

Safety is our absolute priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and aprons for every student. Our spray paints are low-odour and water-based where possible to ensure a comfortable breathing environment. Additionally, our professional artists are trained to supervise children closely, ensuring they follow safety protocols while having the best time of their lives in a controlled Jaipur setting.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

Typically, our workshops for primary schools in Jaipur last between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. This duration is perfect for keeping young minds engaged without causing fatigue. We start with a brief history and safety demo, move into sketching and practice, and spend the final hour creating the main masterpiece. We can also adjust the timing to fit into your specific school timetable or half-day schedule.

Do the students need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our Jaipur-based artists are experts at breaking down complex street art techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps. We focus on 'controlled doodling' and basic shapes first. By the time they pick up a spray can, every student feels confident enough to express themselves. It's all about the joy of creation, not perfection!

What materials does the school need to provide?

We take care of everything! Graffitifun provides all the necessary premium spray cans, specialized caps for different line widths, protective clothing, and the painting surfaces (like large wooden panels or plastic film). We also bring sketching materials. The school just needs to provide an outdoor space or a well-ventilated area and, of course, the enthusiastic students ready to get creative!

Can we choose a specific theme for the artwork?

While we focus on the art of graffiti, we can easily weave in your school's current curriculum themes. Whether you are studying the solar system, Indian history, or environmental conservation, our artists can help students translate those concepts into vibrant spray-paint murals. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce classroom learning through a physical, memorable, and highly creative medium.

What is the maximum group size for a school event?

We usually recommend a minimum group of 15 students to keep the energy high, but we can accommodate entire grade levels! For very large groups, we bring in multiple professional artists to ensure every child gets personal guidance. Our flexible setup in Jaipur allows us to run simultaneous stations so no one is left standing around. Everyone gets their hands on a spray can!

What happens if we need to cancel or change the date?

We understand that school budgets and plans can change. That’s why we offer a 'no upfront payment' policy. You can book your date and confirm the details, and payment is only processed after the workshop is successfully completed. Plus, we have backup artists on standby throughout Rajasthan to ensure that your event goes ahead even if there’s a last-minute emergency.

Local culture

Jaipur is world-renowned for its traditional frescoes and the stunning terracotta-pink architecture of the Hawa Mahal. By introducing a graffiti workshop for primary schools in Jaipur, we are bridging the gap between Rajasthan's rich artistic heritage and modern urban expression. We often encourage students to incorporate local motifs—like peacocks, camels, or Mandana patterns—into their graffiti designs, creating a unique "Jaipur Style" of street art.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Jaipur was India's first planned city? Just like a good graffiti mural, it was designed with precision, colour, and a clear vision in mind!
