I have zero artistic talent—can I still join a showroom session?

Absolutely! Our showroom experiences are designed specifically for beginners. Our expert artists will guide you through the basics of spray can control, pressure, and nozzle techniques. Most people are surprised at how quickly they pick up the 'flare.' We provide a safe, judgement-free environment where you can experiment, make mistakes, and ultimately create something you're proud of. It is all about the joy of discovery!

Is the graffiti experience safe and clean?

Safety first! We provide high-quality respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint in a well-ventilated showroom environment. Our artists are trained in workshop safety and will supervise the entire session to ensure everyone handles the equipment correctly. You get the authentic 'street' experience without any of the risks or the messy cleanup at home.

Do I need to pay upfront for the booking?

Not at all! One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'no-risk' booking. You don't need to pay anything upfront to secure your date. We believe in the quality of our experiences, so you only pay after the workshop is complete. This makes it incredibly easy to organize group events or retail activations without the stress of managing immediate deposits or complex refund policies.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard showroom experience usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief introduction to graffiti history, a hands-on demo of the tools, plenty of practice time, and the creation of your final masterpiece. If you are planning a retail event with high foot traffic, we can adapt the format into shorter, high-energy pop-up sessions to suit the flow of your day.

Can the experience take place outdoors?

While we love the raw energy of outdoor walls, our showroom experiences in Surabaya are designed for indoor or semi-sheltered settings. If you have an outdoor space at your retail location, we can certainly set up there! If it rains, our indoor setups ensure the spray paint dries perfectly and the fun doesn't stop. We are flexible and can adapt our mobile graffiti walls to almost any location.

What is the maximum group size for a showroom event?

For our standard curated showroom sessions, we suggest groups of 5 to 30 people to ensure everyone gets personalized attention from the artist. However, for retail brand activations or showroom launches, we can cater to hundreds of guests over several hours. We always have backup artists ready to go, so we can scale up the energy and the team size to match your specific event requirements.

Local culture

Surabaya isn't just a hub of commerce; it's a city with a deep-rooted 'Arek' spirit that thrives on bold expression. From the historic streets near the Red Bridge to the modern vibes of West Surabaya, the city’s creative pulse is undeniable. Our graffiti showroom experience in Surabaya taps into this local energy, offering a space where the city's industrious nature meets the freedom of the arts. 🚢

Fun Fact: Did you know Surabaya is home to some of the most impressive underground street art scenes in Indonesia? The city even hosts annual "mural festivals" that bring together local legends to celebrate Surabaya’s identity through spray paint!

In a city known for its "Jembatan Merah" (Red Bridge) and maritime heritage, we add a new layer of color. Our showroom events reflect the vibrant, diverse, and friendly nature of Surabayans, making every session feel like a party among friends.
