Is the workshop safe for people with sensory sensitivities?

Absolutely! We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks to ensure everyone breathes easy. Our spray cans are low-pressure, making them easier to control for those with limited hand strength. Furthermore, our Liepaja artists are trained to supervise the session closely, ensuring a mess-free and secure environment where the only thing you need to worry about is which colour to pick next!

Can you host the workshop at our specific location?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you want us to come to your facility in Liepaja or you'd prefer to use one of our accessible outdoor 'Hall of Fame' spots, we can make it happen. We just need a well-ventilated area or an outdoor space. If you are visiting our location, we ensure there are no steps and plenty of room for wheelchairs and mobility aids to navigate comfortably.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our Special Needs Program is designed for all skill levels. Our artists use a 'layering' technique that allows participants to see great results quickly, regardless of their artistic background. We provide stencils and guided outlines to help build confidence. It is all about the process, the tactile feeling of the spray, and the joy of creating something bright and bold together.

How long does a typical session last?

Our standard sessions for special needs groups usually last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. We find this is the 'sweet spot' to keep engagement high without causing fatigue. However, we are happy to build in extra breaks or shorten the session if the group requires a faster pace. We move at your speed, ensuring no one feels rushed or overwhelmed during their creative journey.

What is the ideal group size for this program?

We recommend a minimum group size of 5-8 people to keep the energy high, but we can accommodate much larger groups by bringing in additional artists. For special needs workshops, we prefer a lower participant-to-artist ratio (usually about 10:1) to ensure everyone gets the one-on-one support and encouragement they deserve. If you have a very large group, just let us know and we will scale up our team!

Do we have to pay in advance?

No, there is no need to pay anything upfront! We believe in the quality of our workshops and want you to feel completely confident. You only pay after the workshop has been completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This takes the stress out of the booking process for organisers and caregivers. Simply contact us for a quote, confirm the date, and we handle the rest.

Local culture

Liepaja isn't just the "City of Wind"—it's a city of soul and art. From the hauntingly beautiful Karosta district to the vibrant murals decorating the city centre, Liepaja has a long-standing love affair with alternative culture. Our workshops tap into this local spirit, encouraging participants to feel like true Liepaja 'street legends'.

Fun Fact: Liepaja is home to the famous 'Ghost Tree' (Spoku koks), a tribute to the legendary rock band Līvi. Much like the city’s music, our graffiti workshops are all about finding your rhythm and your voice! 🎸
