Are your Mar del Plata workshops wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being fully inclusive. Whether you are using a wheelchair or have limited mobility, we set up our canvases and spray stations at accessible heights. Our artists are trained to assist you in finding the most comfortable way to paint, ensuring you can focus entirely on your artistic expression without any physical barriers. Everyone gets to be a street artist here!

What safety measures do you have in place for participants?

Safety is our biggest priority. We provide high-quality, FFP2-rated respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective suits for every participant. Our spray paints are selected for their quality, and we always conduct sessions in well-ventilated outdoor environments or large, airy indoor spaces. Our professional artists supervise the entire process to ensure everyone uses the equipment safely and correctly while having a blast.

Do participants need prior artistic experience or 'talent'?

Not at all! This program is designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to those who have dabbled in art before. Our friendly instructors lead you through the basics of 'can control' and simple lettering techniques. We focus on the joy of creation rather than technical perfection. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can create something colourful and impressive with just a little guidance.

What if a participant has difficulty gripping or pressing the spray cans?

We understand that traditional spray cans can sometimes be tricky for those with limited hand strength or fine motor challenges. To help, we offer various 'caps' (nozzles) that require different pressure levels and even special adapters for the cans. Our artists are also on hand to provide one-on-one physical support, helping you guide the can if you'd like a bit of extra assistance with your masterpiece.

How long does a typical session last?

Typically, our graffiti experiences in Mar del Plata last between 1.5 and 2 hours. We find this is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining high energy and focus without getting too tired. However, we are completely flexible! If your group needs a slower pace with more frequent breaks, just let us know. We can tailor the rhythm of the workshop to suit the specific needs of your participants.

What is your booking and payment policy?

Booking with Graffitifun is totally stress-free. You don't need to pay anything upfront; you simply pay after the workshop is completed! We also have a dedicated team of backup artists ready to step in, so you never have to worry about a last-minute cancellation. We want the planning process to be as smooth and enjoyable as the painting itself.

Boosts confidence: Seeing a large, colourful piece of art that you created provides an incredible sense of accomplishment. 💪
Sensory exploration: The sound of the can, the vibrant colours, and the texture of the paint offer a rich sensory experience.
Fully accessible: We adapt our tools and techniques to suit every individual's physical needs. 🎨
Professional support: Our artists aren't just talented; they are patient, encouraging, and love sharing their passion.
Social connection: It’s a wonderful way to bond with others in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment. 🔥
Total flexibility: We move at your pace, ensuring no one feels rushed or overwhelmed.

Step by step

Warm welcome: We start with a friendly meet-and-greet where we introduce the artists and explain the plan for the day in a relaxed setting.
Safety first: Everyone gets fitted with their protective gear, including masks and gloves, while we explain how to use the equipment safely.
Design brainstorming: We chat about ideas, colours, and shapes. Our artists help translate your thoughts into a rough sketch on the canvas.
Mastering the can: We practice basic techniques on a demo wall, learning how to make thin lines, fat splashes, and cool fades.
First layers: You'll start filling in the main shapes of your design with your favourite vibrant colours.
Adding details: Our professionals help you add outlines, highlights, and those 'pop' effects that make graffiti look authentic.
The final reveal: We take a moment to step back and admire the collective work of art created by the group.
Photo session: We capture high-quality photos of you and your artwork so you can share your achievement with friends and family.
Personal masterpiece: Each participant gets to take home their own canvas as a lasting memento of their creative journey.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Mar del Plata isn't just about the famous stone lions and the Rambla; it's a city with a beating heart of urban expression. From the colourful murals near the port to the hidden street art gems in the La Perla district, the city provides the perfect backdrop for our creative sessions. We draw inspiration from the Atlantic breeze and the vibrant local culture that makes 'Mardel' so special. 🌊

Fun Fact: Mar del Plata is home to some of the largest street art murals in Argentina, with many international artists visiting the city specifically to paint its massive coastal walls!

By bringing our graffiti workshops here, we connect our participants to this wider artistic movement, proving that the streets of Argentina belong to everyone. Whether we are painting near the beach or in a quiet community space, the spirit of Mar del Plata shines through in every spray of paint.
